Mind of a Chef

PBS series The Mind of a Chef combines travel, cooking, history, science, and humor into an unforgettable journey. Join executive producer and narrator Anthony Bourdain as he takes viewers inside the mind of noted chefs. Season 3, premiering September 7th, will climb inside the heads of two chefs - Edward Lee and Magnus Nilsson. Chef Edward Lee blends big city and international experience with small town heart and focus in his food. While Magnus Nilsson takes us to the northern reaches of Sweden for a rare all-access look at what it takes to maintain his extremely high standards at what could be the most creative and surprising restaurant on the planet. Alongside domestic locations like New York, Kentucky, and the Gulf Coast, Season Three will feature far-flung destinations such as France, Argentina, Northern Sweden, and the remote and pristine Faroe Islands. The Emmy and James Beard Award winning show is produced by Zero Point Zero Production, Anthony Bourdain and WGBH for PBS.
