In my hardcore world I have hunkered down in a village, and one time I left my house to see one of the iron golems super beat up and cracked and I decided to spend 3 ingots of my overall stash of 6 iron to heal it up. And it made me think about that interaction from the golem's perspective. This unusual creature that showed up one day just healed it with the minimal resources it had for no gain of its own, despite needing those resources desperately. Idk it made me emo over block game again
