Minestuck is Recruiting!

As the veil of sleep lifts from the Minestuck Dev Team, we have realized that more people would be great help towards development of the mod! We’re primarily interested in people who know how to code in Java, have an interest in learning how to code, or are willing to work with various other things in close proximity coders. (i.e. making textures, models, music, or writing text for various messages).

I know it's kind of a weird question, but could you add a tooltip with the names of the colors on the initial color selection screen? I'm colorblind and it would help a lot! Also, thank you for all your work!

i brought this up to the dev discord when i first saw this question a while ago, but i thought i’d answer this question with that statement to give this poor anon a bit of closure uwu. i’ll try to get someone on this after we port to 1.14!

What would you say you're most proud of so far?

the minestuck dev team is a loose collection of various souls of the passed,– i call them the “soul hivemind”– all bound together by a swamp hag’s curse, and therefore i cannot speak for any one member of the team. i am merely the gatekeeper between the realms of mortals and minestuck, the messenger of the gods, and the avatar for preaching their canon. stating my own personal favorite of minestuck would be a hubris most treacherous; however, i’ve presented this question to the soul hivemind, and in response, all of the souls composing the collection responded, in unison, “sandstone lands.”

Will Lord and Muse be a thing? Will we get to choose our classpects?

lord and muse can already be accessed with the /sburbSession command. currently, classes don’t do anything worth changing it to lord and muse over, or really anything at all for that matter

you already can choose your classpect! in the config, you can turn on “choose classpect” or smthn along those lines (you should know it when you read it) and if you click that to true then you’ll be able to choose your classpect when you enter.

I'm a little scared that this mod will be discontinued. Its great and a big part of my minecraft experience. are these fears founded.

not really!! we’ve still got an active and fairly big dev team working on the mod daily!
