If someone had told me 10 years ago that I would have a best selling album out there, I would have probably laughed in their face. Imagine me, a kid from Ipswich with no musical bone in his body, having an album out that has been streamed and played over 30 million times. It’s insane to think about and I don’t think its truly sunk in. I am just incredibly proud of everyone for making me look so good and believable as a true rockstar. You know who isn’t impressed by all this? My kids. They don’t care one iota. My son still thinks I’m lame and my daughter is so disinterested and I tried to sing for her the other day and she’s like ‘no thank you. im good.’ I guess someone has to keep me humble these days. @hfrpstarters​

Nah, but...its a number one album for a reason and it might be my very favorite thing I’ve ever listened to. Have to say though, kids are brutal and from what my mom told me I was never impressed with her work until I became a teenager so you might just have to wait a few more years before they start to love your work.

I was reading an article about dating horror stories and this girl matched with this guy who’s an accountant in downtown NYC. Guy seemed sweet and all and they arranged to go for dinner. She got all dressed up and he showed up in sweats. OK no big deal maybe the dining would be more casual than he thought. They get to the restaurant, she heads for the front door and this man diverts her towards the alley next to it instead and POINTS TO THE DUMPSTER. He took her DUMPSTER DIVING. On a first date. I can’t even… This other guy on a different story tried to pull the whole naked man thing from How I met your mother. Thankfully I’ve never had such a bad first date but what was the worst date you’ve ever been to? Maybe we can turn this into a Netflix special thing who knows @hfrpstarters​

that just about summarizes it, funny that you’ve hit the nail on the head with that one. not to fret, there’s tons more of upcoming shows if you feel like visiting a new place. if not, i’m sure a million more will be added in the next couple of months. i’m a man of one talent, and that is prancing around a stage and delivering a hell of a show.  – i’ve still got dibs on favorite child, eh? how many years running have i held that title?

I tend to do that, hit the nail on the head, its cause I am a smart genius, have you forgotten that? More shows to come? having a bit of time off in between legs of the tour is slowly, but surely, starting to get to me. i mean, what do people normally do with all of this time off? i’ve got about a month of downtime and don’t even know where to begin. planning a trip to see my mum and sister, but other than that, i’ve gotta admit that i’m a bit stumped. aside from ducking paparazzi like it’s no one’s business, and taking a couple of jogs here and there, i’m not quite sure what to do with any of this extra time. @hfrpstarters​

Joking, joking, I am still heartbroken I did not get to see the tour this time around, feels like I should have probably made more of an effort.
