Hi! :3 When the art is done, where do we send it? Via email I guess?

Oh jeez, that is useful information to have, yes. I’m about to email all the current participants with a reminder of files specs and where to send finished art. Additional participants will get the same email. Thanks for reminding me!

We hit 25 sign-ups! That means I’ll be sending out PayPal invoices to anyone already signed up, and additional sign-ups will get theirs right away too. The sign-up cap is 50, so if you haven’t signed up yet there’s still time and plenty of slots left!

Is international shipping prohibitive? I know it can be expensive and I wouldn't want to sign up and then drop it on everyone like, "Sorry, suckers, get your stamps ready because Australia is practically MARS."

Nah, I’ve shipped zine-sized things to Australia before and it was only a dollar or two more. If you sign up, drop me a note and I’ll invoice you $13 instead of $11-- does that work?

Question! Are there themes/guidelines for the art in the zine?

No, the only content guideline is that it should be work-safe. If there are future swaps (and I hope there will be!), they may be themed, but the first time out we’re letting everyone choose for themselves.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll hear from us as soon as we hit the magic number.

(Why 25, you ask? Because that’s the minimum order at the best price point I’ve been able to find, and I don’t want to end up with a pile of leftover prints. With 25+ participants, everyone gets 25 prints with no leftovers.)

Sign-ups close on September 15, and we ask that payment and finished art be sent in by October 15. If everyone gets their work in on time, we should be able to send out everyone’s prints by November 15.

Please sign up sooner, rather than later. We will be capping the number of participants at 50, and will close sign-ups early if we hit the cap.
