A/N: This is the second part of my mini-series. Based off of this prompt âFor your mini-series can you do a fic with Ameliaâs different cravings and Link getting them for her specifically, pepperoni, and donutsâ. Enjoy!
Since entering her second trimester, Amelia seemed to want to eat everything in sight. She figured it was probably her body making up for the fact she could barely keep anything down during the first few weeks of the pregnancy. It didnât help that Link had become overprotective and wherever she was, he was there with a snack or there he was fulfilling whatever her cravings were.
They always came at the most inconvenient times; in the middle of the night, in the middle of surgery and when she didnât get what she wanted, there went the water works.
âYou guys want pizza?â Meredith asked the couple who were sat at the dining room table with Maggie, holding up frozen pizzas âIâm putting some in the oven for the kidsâ
Link breaks his gaze away from his girlfriend âThat would be great, thanks!â he smiles and wraps his arm round Ameliaâs shoulders once again.
âDo you have a pepperoni one?â Amelia asked, looking at Meredith with hopeful eyes âNo, no one here likes pepperoni pizza? Amelia, you donât even like pepperoniâ Meredith laughed and raised her eyebrows at the brunettes request. Ameliaâs face dropped âYeah well, heâ she points to Link âdoes and he impregnated me with his baby and by extension, the want for pepperoniâ.
Link smirks and reaches his free hand over to her stomach, rubbing gently along the slight curve forming âThatâs my kid!â his manner receiving a sharp look from an unimpressed Amelia âThis is not funny!â.
