Good morning.
Still fasting, I'm 13 hours in. I'm gonna fast till hopefully late tonight minimum. I might go on a walk today around 1pm because I have an early release. Today is going to be a hard day for me mentally, my face is so puffy from crying. Anyway, best of luck stay safe. My asks and dms are open

Do you get sad when you eat? Do you get sad when you look in the mirror? Do you feel comfortable in your body?
If not then change it. Change the way you feel, the way you look.
Make the right decision. Be happy.
Foods that don’t count when you’re fasting
None of these foods or beverages count as “breaking your fast”, and are helpful when you need to fill up without doing so. (Hot liquids like tea or broth are especially good at satiating hunger.)
Water (obviously)
Gum
Tea
Coffee
Sugar-free syrups in drinks, if you’re craving something sweet
Mints
Broth
Anything you can make in a Keurig machine
Alcohol, but remember it’s strong on an empty stomach
Diet soda
Apple sauce

I've been messing up for weeks, but I'm now back on track. I just had one of the worst mental breakdowns ever, but maybe I needed it idk. Ima fast till I'm forced to stop, I started fasting at 6pm I think. Anyway thank u everyone I promise u will keep updating regularly.
