hi! i love emm's armor colors! can you tell me what dyes you used?

She’s wearing iron, mithril, and perseverance… sometimes I switch out mithril for tarnished silver or cream, iron for graphite, basically they all look alike.

Uh, but to your actual question………..  I feel like something like just putting the camera settings to have your character off center in the screen forces you to make more interesting decisions when you get in photoshop, because now you’re gonna have to crop something to get your character back to being the center of attention (even if they’re still off center). 

Also, getting rid of colors works lol. Any given scene might leave you with colors from the whole spectrum, because the environment is representing all kinds of objects and your character’s colors may be different from the environment and so on. Rainbows can be really fun and visually appealing, but they can also be overstimulating. My favorite screens to reblog are generally boiled down to 3~4 colors. I hope that’s helpful!
