HELLO WORLD!
It’s been a minute. My friend randomly sent me this music video celebrating it’s 10 year anniversary. It unlocked a part of me that I forgot existed. Degrassi and this Tumblr community used to be my life. It’s been EIGHT YEARS since I’ve been on here!! I had seriously thought I deleted this account, I had looked for it last year and had no luck. Tonight I looked up if it was possible to reactive my account, and they said it was impossible to get your posts back. I was thoroughly upset for 5 minutes because this was such a MAJOR part of my childhood. I even dragged my mom along with me to their Q and A panel at Universal City Walk in middle school. After doing some digging I found my account and all of my edits and posts. I proceeded to lay on the floor laughing for a solid minute out of shock and happiness and embarrassment, and my younger brother thought I was insane.
After my friend sent me the Shark In The Water promo that was it. I was deep down a rabbit hole. I found out all seasons of Degrassi TV are on YouTube now?! So I not only have a new quarantine hobby, but I will hopefully be able to come back and share it here with you all. :,) Even if you are no longer a Degrassi fan account, I hope you’ll enjoy my nostalgia and even inspire a bit of your own.
