I know it's Elon's Youth but they really just searched for all the bad DEI and queer and trans words and said bet kill all of that

we've been working with some of our program people for over a decade (most of them have been with us for 6+ years actually). connected people to housing, queer case managers and providers, gender affirming care navigation and referrals, jobs, support groups, harm reduction supplies, food options, clothes, free testing, suicide intervention without cops, and we also pay everyone in cash at every appointment. we even started providing volunteer health education to public schools this year, which has been fun to do. we try SO HARD to actually be helpful and not be shit exploitative research

and they said we're pushing agendas and fake DEI research that "harms Americans" and chopped us after 5p on a Friday. not just my project, nearly all of them at my center

and we're one of many. I just. what the fuck
