I have a Stucky sticker on the inside of my laptop.

Someone at my D&D table finally noticed and asked me about it.

I had to explain it.

There was no shaming or mocking at all. Everyone just nodded in understanding and the (cishetwhiteguy) who had asked me was like, “Yeah, that makes sense.” I (tentatively) explained that my Stucky fan fiction got me to 1400 tumblr followers. “That must be good stuff,” he says. “That’s amazing!” the 21 year old k-pop stan said.

My laptop case is a stucky cartoon by @mintmintdoodles and I keep waiting for someone to ask me what’s up.

Also I have a sticker on my laptop lid that says, “ask me about my fanfiction” … I guess I have to go back out in public though if I want anyone to notice…

Once at work an older coworker asked ppl in the breakroom about omegaverse and mpreg. Me (repping fanartists & I also drew a stucky wedding art once) and another girl who's also on AO3 ended up explaining fanfic to everyone. That was an interesting conversation.
