Ok so, I don't expect to get much interaction with this, but I'm messing with time-lapsing stuff since I've never done it before and I wanna try out new ways to showcase my process (after I've got this down, next is figuring out music or smth XD). That being said, it's so strange looking at this art that took around three hours, summed up into less than a minute. Feels very disconnected, out of body, and kinda eye-opening for what people on other platforms that post like this all the time go through. How much time they must spend each and every day just to post for everyone. What a weird world we live in.

Any recommendations or experiences to share would be welcome though, I do plan to get better at stuff like this.

first finished drawing of the year!

Started this last week at some point to knock myself out of some art block and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, especially considering how blind it was going into this.

Happy New Year!

This year has really been a roller coaster, but I'm incredibly grateful for the year I've had, for all the people I've got to meet, all the things that have happened in my life, and for all the love and support y'all have offered to me and ideally everyone else you've interacted with. It all means so much to me that anyone would stick around and appreciate what I do and I hope that the new year brings newer and more exciting thing for everyone!

Couldn't have my art summary without my two favorite pieces of the year: the left being the biggest project I've ever undergone, a whopping 50 hours wrapped into a single piece, and the right my first drawing of 2025, one of best because of how it pushed me outside of my box and got me out of a rather deep rut of art block.

All of the things I've drawn hold their own value to me and I'd love to hear your opinions about what's up here!

Realized I never posted this.

I'm trying to work through learning to render on both a new tablet and a new program, and this is, I think, the first piece I've drawn on them that I've actually liked. It's kinda a new render style as well, so it was fun to explore new angles on how to draw certain things.

Honestly, despite how I've been struggling, I'm actually very happy with how this turned out, most of all with the lighting. It's got it's flaws, but since it was experimental, I think that's what makes it charming for me.

And of course we have a side by side comparison of before and after render.
