No Reservations
Most of us can’t stand it when we have to wait an extra 5 minutes for a delayed train. But when it comes to queuing over an hour for food - we’re there.
It must be a huge compliment for any restaurant, to see a long line of people, who are very happy and willing to wait for a ridiculous amount of time (come rain, wind or snow), just so they can dine there. It says a lot about the food, the atmosphere, the legacy and the service, when a restaurant is confident enough to inform people of such a wait, and not be worried that this will send them on their way.
Here are a few of the most coveted tables in London, and why they are sought after:
BAO – This Taiwanese street food joint serves up steamed buns with fillings such as lamb, braised pork and fried chicken. And don’t miss out on the doughnut batter bun filled with Horlicks Ice Cream – dream dessert, or what?!
Flat Iron – Steak for £10, served with a mini meat cleaver – say no more! Their Covent Garden restaurant is absolutely beautiful; fairy lights and greenery, exposed brick walls, a glass-fronted butchery room, a working on-site microbrewery, plus an ice-cream counter. Salt Caramel Sundae to go – yes please!
Dishoom – I have never ever seen a queue quite as long as the one that forms every evening, outside the Dishoom just off Carnaby Street. In short, this place is considered to be one of the best Indian restaurants in London, with an extraordinary menu and retro décor.
The Breakfast Club – A spontaneous decision to rock up to The Breakfast Club on a Saturday/Sunday morning for a lazy brunch is a dangerous thought. You will most likely be queuing for hours! But who can resist fluffy American buttermilk pancakes, drizzled in maple syrup, and served with a Full English Breakfast on the side? No one can! Don’t be too disheartened though – sometimes they hand out free shots of fruit smoothie, as a form of sustenance, to help you through the never-ending wait.
Big Bud - Stone Groove
A downtempo jazzy track from a drum and bass legend. The perfect tune for a sunny hungover day
death's dynamic shroud.wmv - 내 마음은 떨고
One of my favourite tracks from last year. It captures a very interesting sound that isn’t your normal vaporwave or ambient vapor sound and samples classic dance music. This music video perfectly encapsulates the late 90s early 2000s nostalgia that the track creates.
Vinyl of the day DOOM and Madlib - MADVILLAIN One of the best modern rap albums and a must have for anyone into the genre. Cannot fault this album.
Gorgeous weather with a gorgeous girl

Get it Tonight - Dark Twaine A lovely discoy vaporwave track. Some may call it Future Funk but whatever it is its funky, fun and different.
Photography by Katie Mcmillan
Attak - Rustie feat Danny Brown Huge new tune by Rustie that combines Rusties maximalist , slightly trap fused style with Danny Browns signature flow. Noone else could rap over this beat.
New Childhood song called "Falls Away" This sounds amazing and i can't wait till the debut. Its been so interesting seeing these guys develop since they released Blue Velvet.
My new polaroid with a picture of me. Its a 650 Sun
Okay Cupid - Kitty Pryde
Beautiful dreamy rap, with a lazy casual flow that puts you off guard for the slightly disturbed lyrics.
