We do not believe in “classic”, in “ norms”, so we do not just post regular job ads.

We organize events and communities like www.fintech.camp . We did the first Fintech hackathon in Romania, hoping to find like-minded people.

Our mission: to develop ourselves as better persons and professionals while building a technology that replaces the lack of trust when humans exchanged money for time.

We use Asana, Trello, Skype & telegram.org for collaboration and communication. But you can bring your own favorite tools too.

There is 1 weekly Skype meeting for entire team and other one on Thursdays at the department level.

Part of the team is in Iasi, Romania. Others are in Bucuresti. One collaborator is an american living in Bangkok. When Andy is not in Bucuresti he stays for months in Helsinki. I personally plan to live for some months in L.A. or Amsterdam this year.

We like to attend events like HowToWeb, Def.camp, unGagged, WebmasterAccess, etc. This year we aim for Untold music festival too.

We are not against the rules. We are against the stupid rules. We are still small and need to learn. This is who we are. Again, no bullshit.

Produsul nostru - time based billing, adica pay-per-minute for Skype calls  este probabil la doar 10% din potential (dar 100% funtionabil de peste 1 an). Potential demonstrat de zecile de mii de utilzatori si tranzactii financiare.

Avem 2 mari mile-stones.

1. Cea mai urgenta este dezvoltarea platformei web care opereaza toate tranzactiile time-based - iar aici avem de lucrat de la partea de front unde adaugam features pentru useri pana la API care sa permita oricarui business sa integreze sistemul nostru. 

2. Apoi va fi o  a 2a versiune care va face time tracking-ul si sub forma de aplicatii native, mobile si desktop. Aceasta va fi o provocare mare pentru ca  va trebui sa uneasca multe technologii si va oferi userilor un comportament diferit de ce este in prezent.

Cum ziceam, sunt multe de facut si NU cautam pe cineva care doar stie bine (e senior) o anumita technologie, ci cineva care vrea si poate sa construiasca o platforma scalabila care la baza e web dar care se ramifica la extensii de browser, aplicatii mobile, aplicatii native desktop, aplicatii descentralizate (Dapps) si integrari cu diverse APIs de la sisteme de plata si comunicare video (Skype, Hangouds, WebRTC, IMs, etc).

Promisiunea noastra e ca nu iti vindem bullShit. De asta in anunt nu am insistat pe cerinte technice ci pe ceea ce vrem sa faci, cine sa fii si unde poti sa ajungi.
