I have a story and it’s about how I became friends with my childhood best friend. So basically our parents were friends, her mom and my dad worked at the same company and then they were friends. They had her first and then me 10 months later and for like the first three years of our lives we HATED each other. Like genuinely she would shove me into glass doors and hit me with plastic baseball bats when she could so uh I superglued her to a chair. Somehow my little toddler hands figured out a bottle of superglue and put a bunch on her chair and she got stuck on it because she didn’t notice and they had to saw her pants off and yeah. We’re friends now :D and that was one of my milder ones

I have a few stories I guess

one time when I was little I almost jumped into a well-like enclosure of water (likely unclean or muddy, swamp like at worst) (it was basically a well but bigger and rectangle-shaped) because a layer of tiny lily pads blanketing the water surface made it look like turf. My brother happened to throw a rock in it as I was preparing to jump, so that was lucky. The enclosure was pretty deep too (about my height at the time), so I might have drowned that day. Probably not since I took swimming lessons but it would have been unpleasant nonetheless.

I have another one that’s really convoluted about a key event that led to me being friends with kyuurius and having a social life at all, but it’s long and I don’t feel like typing it.

The funny thing about my depression is that I see my friends and others enjoying hobbies and interests and cannot relate 90% of the time. Their fanaticism feels almost foreign, kind of like I’m an isolated entity observing human behavior. But it might just be my fault for not being better at being happy for them.

I feel like people think I’m a better person than I actually am because of my manner of social interaction and behavior. It’s kind of hard to accept others’ judgment of me because of that I guess. There is more silt towards the sea floor.

just fell asleep accidently at like 5 pm and had the weirdest dream and now its like my entire perspective on life has been changed. for some reason i am experiencing a newfound appreciation for my friends and for everything in the world. also now im interested in doing things again. did this random dream just end my depression??? probably not but its really interesting. i just feel so serene and blissful, feeling like the world and everything in it is so wonderful right now. its not a feeling ive ever experienced before. there are so many things i want to do and to experience
