In honor of @buggachat for figuring out how the Dupain-Chengs’ house works I thought I’d attempt the Agreste Mansion and Hawkmoth lair

So let’s start off simply we clearly see the front and back of the mansion(this basic outline will help us later)

This is the front and we know Adriens room is possible the whole right side of the building.

We it’s under the weird side roof and directly to the right is Adriens gigantic bathroom

Under neath his bedroom is the dining room and most likely an attached kitchen( the entrance of the other end of the room we never see)

Across the hall is Gabriel’s office

And that has the entrance to his lair but the elevator goes down then up for when he’s in the lair?

Most likely the elevator going down goes to the butterfly room when Emile is

Only it’s clearly downstairs but there is also a gigantic window?(Any ideas on how that works?)

Then there is either another elevator or the same one that takes us to where he releases the akumas

We see that the room is very dome shaped as we see in Robustus the whole room is a dome

But the window. Look at it. The bars that give it its shape are inside, so when the windows closed it probably doesn’t look like a windows there at all

Taking a look back at the agreste mansion and assuming his lair is in the mansion the only possible spot it could be is this weird side roof

It’s also the furthest spot from Adrien’s bedroom instead of the same roof above him. All that’s left is to figure out where Emile is and how the elevator works.
