I made yet another rp blog, this time of Valence, from... a game that isn't even out yet ""-u-

Valence is from Glass Memory by Snaptic.3d. He is a shopkeeper in this frutiger-aero style world. Ask him whatever you want, or maybe even buy something!

RULES:

● NOTHING I SAY IS CANON!!! The game isn't even put yet so this guy will most likely be very out of character from the real game when it comes out but I'll try

"I was simply exploring Hallownest. I forget a lot about this vast kingdom sometimes." Axis explained. "What were you doing? ...before whatever caused you to fall, of course."

Axis was genuinely curious. The fall looked pretty bad, and whatever caused it must have been a formidable adversary.

Markoth stays quiet for a small while

I was dead....

But someone brought me back...

I don't know who or why...

I remember waking up next to a bunch of corpses, and the first thing i saw was a monster...

It came right into my face and looked at me.

A fusion of a Baldur and a normal husk...

It ignored me at started devouring the courpse next to me...

I started running, i saw more and more fusions, some of them was even attacking me, i eventually found a small tunnel, i was panicking so much while crawling through it i didn't see there was no ground on the other side...

After that is when you found me...

"..." Axis was speechless. How could any bug's mind stay in tact after an experience like that?

"Do you remember who brought you back to life?"

[xero-and-markoth]

I don't know who it was

All i remember was that i was another failure...

But i'm guessing that he's the one responsible for my new bodyparts.

"A-A-Alright. We may need to find out- who it is, because these fusions... there is not a word that quite describes-explains how unethical they seem."

Axis paused for minute or two, still trying to relax from the earlier panic of finding Markoth unconscious and resuscitating him.

I don't want to return to those tunnels in a long time.

It's nice to talk to another moth, even if you are in a mechanical shell.

Axis pauses at that last sentence.

"...M... M-M-Moth?"

Axis tried to think back. The furthest back he could remember was being a silkfly, flying out of some sort of machine. He saw others there, strapped to machines.

Axis mutters to himself. "...what?"

Axis seems to stare off. It seems like he's contemplating something, like memories are coming back to him.

"...n-n-no." He speaks in almost a whisper.

He somehow, finally, pushes past the barrier in his mind, the one that separates his silkfly life with his before life. He finally saw who he was... but he deemed he didnt have time for that.

"Those new b-b-body parts you have, would you still like to try fix-undo them, at least?"

My new mouth is not causing me any issues, and my new extra arms is also not causing any problems, so unless they become a problem, they can stay...

I only know that you are a moth because of my attunement to the dream realm, i can see essence coming from your body, which is something i can only see on other moths.

Axis stayed silent for a minute, trying to remember more of his life as a moth, before he spoke again:

"...I think i... remember my name now... Xi."

You saved my life back there, so don't worry about having to repay me.

Maybe tomorrow we can leave ancient basin and pay a visit to the resting grounds.
