In that case, I would like to request you for an one-shot where fem!reader ( if it accommodates you, it can also be GN!reader) He’s a hylian soldier and he’s a good friend of Sidon and Yona. They had helped them a lot when the anomaly happened to the domain and stuff. After Link defeated Ganon and after a few years, Reader goes to the domain to visit them and introduce them to his son who has just a couple of months of life.

It would be a platonic fic more than anything. If you want, you can add more details or change some things.

Thoughts on Yona? She's become really popular lately but I still don't like her. 🫥

uhh... i kinda feel indifferent towards yona. that isn't necessarily a bad thing because there's things that i like and dislike about her character, though it leans towards dislike for the most part.

i both like and hate her design. somedays, i'm like, "it's not too bad," but most of the times she reminds me a lot of muzu. i actually had a headcanon that she was muzu's daughter before i was informed that she's from another domain outside of hyrule.

i definitely feel like i would have liked yona's character had she been introduced in botw or at the very least mentioned in some way. i feel like either or would have warmed up the fandom towards her.

the devs did yona wrong by introducing her and having the player's first ever impression of her as a fiance from an arranged marriage we've never heard of before. obviously, we all knew sidlink wasn't going to be canon, not a shipper, just pointing out the obvious, but i imagine it must have felt like a slap to the face to their audience.

personally, the yona/sidon ship is icky to me. the devs should have worder sidon's feelings for her different rather than having him describe yona as a "second sister." that threw me off from their ship completely.

maybe if i changed yona's backstory a bit and made her relationship with sidon less weird, then i could probably like her more.

i'm about ten chapters into planning, so i will start writing out the first chapter later today. the premise, pretty much, is that the reader falls in love with link, but they're kept apart due to many circumstances that the reader faces. and those problems eventually lead the reader to make a deal sidon, in which he'll solve her issues if she agrees to marry him. this is a botw canon divergent story because i wanted to change a couple of things, the main thing being that i'm gonna make sidon mean, resentful, and cruel as opposed to his regular canon kind and enthusiastic self.

Arven x (GN) Reader / Kiss the Cook

You didn't know what to expect when you joined Arven, an upperclassmen at Uva Academy, on his quest to find and defeat titan pokemon in search of herba mystica. You never imagined that the two of you would slowly grow closer as you journeyed the Paldea region for your school's treasure hunt. Suddenly, your whole dynamic had changed in an instant. The two of you had gone from partners to friends to ultimately harboring feelings for one another, titan after titan.

Now here you are with Arven after defeating your fourth titan together, falling into your usual post battle routine. You sat patiently on a rock while Arven prepared a batch of sandwiches using the herba mystica he had acquired. Though, something was different this time. Today the boy had his back facing towards you as he prepared the sandwiches, his movements unusually jittery. Arven had a plan, one that Nemona had bullied him into agreeing with, that involved the apron that he was wearing. It was agonizingly embarrassing… but… he was willing to try anything at this point.

Arven turns around, sandwich in hand for you to take, revealing his "kiss the cook" apron and his flushed cheeks.

"H-here." He clears his throat. "My thanks to you for helping me out." His voice cracks

You smile up at him and take the sandwich, your hands slightly brushing together. You hear his breath hitch in his throat and Arven immediately retracts his hand, using it to hide his reddening face. You stand up and reach for his arm, guiding it away from his face. Taking the initiative, you pucker up your lips and lean in aiming for his cheek. Miraidon makes its presence known in an instant butting in between you and Arven.

"Aargh! Would you mind your business for once?!"

The pokemon eagerly gobbles up your sandwich just as quickly as it appeared. Before Arven can complain about Miraidon eating the sandwich he specifically made for you, the pokemon licks his face as a way to thank him for the food. You let out a laugh as a flustered Arven begins to scold Miraidon who simply nuzzles its head against you.

"It's not Miraidon's fault that you're a good cook." You say, adding further to his humiliation.

Arven looks away from the both of you and crosses his arms. "I can't argue with that… just tell that doofus of your's to respect my personal space."

"Sounds good."

You grab a hold of Arven's hand, meeting his gaze you place a kiss on his palm. He squirms and looks away once again hiding his face with his arm. You smile, keeping a hold of his hand while the poor boy calms down.
