"Honey? is that okay with you?" She blinks and tilts her head to the side. "I can call you Hun, or by your real name is you like too." She gives a small smile.
"Well, honey is a bit affectionate, don't you think?" She let's out a small laugh. "So, how about just Miyoung?"
To everyone that sent me a Christmas gift/message: Thank you so much! I really appreciate the gifts and messages; they were all so lovely and made me smile. I'll make sure to use them all and cherish them forever.
I'll see everyone again soon and hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.

He gave her a straight face, as if asking for everything was something normal. His eyes glanced down at the menu, reading it carefully without picking it up. ”Fine. But don’t blame me if I’m still ravenous afterwards.”
The waitress had come over with drinks, Myungsoo very intrigued by the carbonated beverage in front of him. His face contorted in both curiosity and appall, taking another sip of the acidic drink. “What is this?” He watched the bubbles float to the top before giving Miyoung a threatening look. “Is this poison? Are you trying to kill me?”
When the waitress came back, he started pointing randomly at the menu. “One of these…. and these. And this too. Get me one of these, these, these and these. And whatever this ‘desert’ thing is. I want this too.” He nodded, not even consulting the lady across from him with what he was choosing.
Miyoung took a tiny sip of her drink then gave an amused smile. "No, it's just soda. I don't drink it much, but it's not poison." She took another sip then set it down, keeping her hands on the cup. "It does make people fat though when they drink too much - or so I hear."
As he ordered his food, she only stared in his direction, blinking every few seconds. She loved food, but she never ordered that much at one time before. "And you think you'll be 'ravenous' after eating all of that?"
She turned to the waitress, holding up her menu and pointing to one of the soups and meats. "I'll just have this and this, please."
Once the waitress left, she looked over at Myungsoo and held her cup again. "So, did you only recently move to Korea? Or did you live on the countryside with little technology?"
I'm sorry about being so inactive lately. School has been taking over my life. Hopefully, I can get to replies later on.

"Miyoung! Yah, Park Miyoung!" Eun Hee knocked on her friend’s door, a playful tone in her voice. "If you don’t open up, I’ll knock this door down!" Of course, she was at Miyoung’s house rather early, and the nineteen-year-old didn’t exactly warn her friend of this visit, but still. That lady needed to open up her door so that Eun Hee could surprise her. “Come on, Miyoungie!
Miyoung had just gotten back from buying some food, so she hadn't expected any company. When she saw her old friend, she was surprised but her excitement couldn't be hidden.
"Eunhee!" She waved once she made it to the door, holding bags in both of her hands. "It's so good to see you! Just let me unlock the door really quick."
She took out her key and inserted it in the lock, opening the door. She placed her bags on the floor after taking off her shoes then hugged Eun Hee tight. "It's been such a long time! How have you been? Do you want something to eat?"

As the bike began to move, Myungsoo stumbled forward, placing his hands on her shoulders so he wouldn’t fall. He played it off, casually holding his hands in place but acting as if he wasn’t using her for support.
When they arrived, he jumped off the bike awkwardly, shaking his legs. Damn this body, how can one be so awkward? His eyes drifted up to notice the girl holding the door open for him, so he casually walked into the building, stuffing his hands in his pockets. He followed her to the table and sat down across from her, carefully watching the people around him. Glancing at the menu, his stomach made an unruly groan, causing him to go wide-eyed. Myungsoo simply gave her a look before hiding behind his menu. Human bodies……..
"I’ll take one of everything." He puts the menu down, folding his arms. "From the sound of it, you’d benefit as well."
One of everything. Miyoung nodded, keeping her eyes on her menu. After a few seconds, she slowly placed the menu on the table and looked over at him. Tilting her head a bit, her eyes widened slightly. "One of everything?" She remained silent for two seconds before breaking into a soft laugh. Leaning against the back of her seat, she nodded. "As much as I would like to, I can't. How about you this: you can get /two/ things from each section?" She picked up her menu and glanced at it, peaking over it to look at him again. "Actually, one thing from each section." She pulled out the bag of marshmallows, placing it on the table and passing it over to Myungsoo. "You can eat the rest of these while we wait for the food to be made."
Yes, yes, there is. You don’t know? (`she grinned) It might be expensive but knowing that we’re having a discount would be no worries. (`she hooked her arms with yours) Shall we go then?
I don't watch much television, so honestly no. -she gave a small smile and began to walk- I don't think the walk there will be too long. -she looked down at her purse then over to the other- Would you like some marshmallows though?
I suppose so, maybe I’ll just take my bed covers and walk around with them wraped around my shoulders. That way I’ll be super warm and I can just move it if it’s too much, it’s perfect.
Sounds like a good idea. But are you going to take the blanket everywhere? Like outside?
The light breeze she felt on her bare skin was heaven compared to the hot weather a day before. Though she dressed according to how it was the day before, she didn’t mind it one bit. She preferred feeling cold over sweating. Not that she’d sweat much. But it still felt more than uncomfortable. Perhaps it wasn’t such a great idea to wear sandals, though.
A sudden pain made her realize that. Sitting down on the nearest bench she could find, she took off the beaded sandals, only to find out that her foot was bleeding. Badly.
"Crap…!”
Miyoung had spent the last fifteen minutes sitting on the bench, writing and occassionally looking up to observe the people around her. Nearby, a family walked together when she looked up from her journal, but her attention soon turned to a feminine voice beside her. She glanced down at her foot and widened her eyes at the sight of blood. Without thinking, she opened her purse and searched for one of the band-aids she carried for emergencies.
"Here you go." She handed the woman a large band-aid. "How did that happen?"
Having just recently gotten a new phone since moving back to Seoul, he has yet to put all of his contacts in the new device. However, he has the most important numbers memorized, and quickly types a text to his father—failing to notice the wrong placement of one number.
[ sms: unknown ]: How are feeling? Do you need me to come over?
With nothing to do, Miyoung laid on her bed and turned on her laptop in hopes of finding something interesting online. Her room was completely silent, so once she heard a loud buzz from her phone, she jumped slightly. She kept her attention on the laptop screen while reaching for her phone and turned on the screen to read the message. She didn't bother to look at who it was from and typed her reply.
[ sms: unknown ]: Just a little bored. It's pretty quiet here. You don't have to come over though ㅡunless you want to of course ^-^
She hit send and placed her phone on the bed, turning back to her laptop. It only took a few seconds before she realized that she didn't know who she had texted. She picked up her phone once again and turned on the screen to see that the number was unknown. Feeling slightly confused, she typed another message.
[ sms: unknown ]: Wait, who is this? Did you get a new phone?
