I tried to do Jellyous by ILLIT (beccause it looks really fun like honestly) and I am a dancer I do at the least 4 hours of dance a week and it's high intensity too but I did 14 minutes of learning that fucking choreo and my crappy little watch said I burned 134 calories holy cow man
