how do you feel about aging? are we pro getting older or would you rather stay younger?

Honestly, I’m stoked to be turning 30. People tend to think that people under 30 are idiot children in the professional world, and it’s irritating as hell. And I look particularly young, so I get this a lot.

I’ve gotten the “well, when you’ve been in the work force as long as *I* have…” speech from my sr director at work, and I had to politely tell him that he’s only 11 months older than me.

Also, a lot of things in life just get easier as you get older. In the US at least, your car insurance gets cheaper, places are more willing to rent to you, you can actually GET rental cars… etc

I get asked for Mini Mooz updates a lot, so here’s the latest:

1. She’ll be 8 months old in like a week and a half

2. She crawls. So fast. She chases our Roomba and our cats around the house every day.

3. She would happily consume only bananas, yogurt, mozzarella sticks, and formula if I allowed her.

4. She can say Mama. A lot. We’re working on Dada and Hi.

5. HUUUUUGE Sesame Street fan.

6. She’s enormous. She’s almost 8 months old and wears a lot of 12 month clothes.

I just wanted to ask how that conversation between you and chubs went regarding of her Tokophobia and Christines headcanon for it, while you were pregnant and like how did she react finding out you were pregnant. Im sorry if this is to personal I find the Ironie between you guys just to funny 😭😭

I had 0 idea about her tokophobia when I mentioned it to her, but it was totally fine. She just explained and I kept the talking about it to a minimum after.

We do both very much see the irony in it though. Unlikely duo, or something.

**Edit, GOTTA GIVE HER A SHOUTOUT. Having a friend who DIDN’T want to talk about the baby was amazing. It becomes the only topic so fast, and having someone who wanted to talk about literally anything else was amazing.
