Chapter Updates!

Ok, so I rescind my previous post lol. This chapter is taking a lot longer to get right than I had anticipated. But in the meantime, here's one of my favorite lines from it so far, as a teaser!

The question opened an aching cavern within his chest, a shoot of fear following. But it was frustration that rose in him as he held back a derisive snort, knowing there was only one answer worth giving. “What do any of us want?” he asked, turning to look her up and down, the words thick with primal desire. “Pleasure.”
