--- It was when I started opening my eyes, not all at once, but slowly, as I encountered stories, identities, and experiences that reflected parts of myself I had never been taught to acknowledge. In choosing honesty, it scared me—a lot. But the good thing is, I learned to honor difference, uphold dignity, and welcome identities beyond my own. Living authentically became the foundation of how I understand respect, equality, and acceptance. They say that a person’s sense of self is shaped by time, by biology, and by the culture they grow up in. For me, this early journey of identity exploration remains one of the most influential experiences of my childhood. That younger version of me—the one who was unsure, curious, and quietly brave—still exists within who I am today. LOVE WINS!!
