Okay but now they’ve already said what needs to be said though. But your feelings are valid and since you’re saying you won’t move on so easily then in a perfect situation after Heeseung left the group what are the ideal ways you’d have the company and members deal with that would make you accept the event for what it is and move on?
i would’ve moved on from day one if the situation wasn’t so weird. i mean literally all this was disrespectful :
— a member leaving on a random tuesday with a letter in which he says he’ll ‘keep cheering enhypen the loudest’ ??? where is the cheering when you have to skip a song on live, or when you have to pretend to be a newly debuted artist and can’t even mention your past group lol.
— a tweet on enhypen members account saying they’ll support him in his new debut, yet no mention of each other.
— ot7 merch sold after his departure to get the most money from desperate people who know these are the very last items with him. — this is peak disrespect like yes yes take my money while ignoring my demands yes.
— deleting all eras pictures from spotify in which he appeared, not mentioning him as a past member in any official platforms as if he absolutely NEVER existed in this group.
— en o’clock episodes that have been teased but never posted.
— heeseung disappearing for WEEKS after the announcement
and i won’t keep making the list or else it won’t stop.
but these are things that proved to me that his departure was rushed in a way and this is what made the situation messy, and extremely hard to handle for many people, not the departure in itself. because how do we move on from something when we didn’t have a proper conclusion.
i will compare with zb1, a group i stan and started as 9, four of them did not renew and they gave us a last concert, they’re allowed to mention each other and support each other as much on stage than on social media. this is what i needed to move one. a proper goodbye, a proper announcement, and a genuine message from all seven of them. because i am a grown woman i can deal with heeseung and enha not getting along anymore, but i would’ve preferred a honest message such as ‘now it’s the past and we would prefer for engenes to leave this part of enhypen in the past and move forward with all six members’ or heeseung saying ‘please focus on my new solo debut, i loved enhypen but it’s the past and i don’t want it mentioned’ but no we didn’t get that. and once again before someone thinks im blaming the members i am NOT, what they’re saying in such important moments are advised by the company so belift chose to make them give us emotional messages only to ignore eo afterwards and this is what hurts because in the end it leaves us questioning everything. we don’t need every detail, this is their private lives and i respect that. but i just don’t like to see how fake were these last messages because of these details. that’s what makes it complicated. but once again this is just me and my opinion.
