i had been informed of the connection between hypermobility and autism as well as adhd years before already but i just found a tiktok page that talks very in detail about the kinds of chronic pain and muscle tension that audhd hypermobile people might deal with and it is so detailed and accurate to my own experiences with physical misalignments

#especially when they're talking about having tension particularly concentrated on one side of the body #and my entire right side of my body is more tense than my left 😭

in my life, the sound of masculine laughter has tended to come with feelings/experiences of unsafety and alienation and bitterness for me. and at this point in my life, when i hear masculine laughter that feels safe it truly means a lot
