Marlene rolled her eyes at the redhead, but smiled widely while she did so- she took a hold of the potion she gave her. â Not in Hogwarts anymore and she still tricks us in taking this.â she teased her friend ligthly as she poured the potion down her throat. â Emmeline Rose Vance, youâre seriously being a pain in the arse right now!â Marlene called out as she threw a pillow towards the blonde and when she heard Lily had a meaning into this too, she threw one towards the redhead as well. â No dancing without music!â she called out as she put on some music onto the muggle device she got a long time ago while getting out of the cupboards, two bottles of something way stronger than wine.
@e-vans-lily·
âSee Marlene? Mary and Em appreciate me and my potions.â She exaggerated it with a roll of her eyes as she herself swallowed down the mixture. âBut I know youâll love me for brewing it in the morning.âÂ
After that she was hit with a cushion, so she picked it up and simply threw back at Marls. âAnd hey! I had nothing to do with Ems gifts. I just helped her carry a few bags. And those are really beautiful. Thanks Emmeline.â She put the bracelet on her wrist and turned to the same girl to ask in a hushed voice.Â
âI hope you have your camera ready?.â
@miss-marymacdonald·
Mary laughed as Marlene teased Lily, shaking her head. A permanent smile on her face as Marls threw pillows at her other two friends. Mary opened the gift, her eyes watering slightly at the beautiful necklace. She hooked it around her neck and went over to Emmeline, kissing her on the cheek. âThese are great Em.â Mary went back into the kitchen, watching Marlene pull out two liquor bottles from one of the cabinets. âWhereâs the glasses again?â She asked her friend, starting to dance to the music.

As happy as Emmeline usually seemed, this was the best bit of news sheâs gotten in ages. Her smile only began to grow at Maryâs words and even tears began to lightly brim her eyes though it wasnât enough for any of them to fall. She nodded finally and began to settle in as she said,  â  Iâm sure iâll be happy with whichever room, honestly. Iâm not the type to be picky. And with that garden⊠youâll be having probably the healthiest eating schedule youâve ever had- more than ever before.  â Â
Mary rested her head on her pillow, her smile still big as she watched Emmeline accpet her offer. âOh good! Iâve been eating like absolute crap lately. I need to get on a good routine.â She rested a hand on Emâs giving it a squeeze before she reached over and snatched her wand off the nightstand, the lights going out. As she put it back, she snuggled closer to her friend. âNight Em.â

Marlene smiled as she heard the first one of the three come in- she looked up from the preperations she was making and waved towards the redhead, approaching to give her a hug. She didnât even have time to respond her questions and Mary was already in- both of them had bags in hand and she was sure they wouldnât come empty handed. â Put the bags in the kitchen and weâll settle down soon- she should be hereâŠâ and before she could finish the sentence, Emmeline was inside of the apartment with loads of things into her hands. â here.â she finished and chuckled at her own words. â You shouldnât have brought us gifts, damn!â she was quick to help the other put the bags in the kitchen as well, she went to close the door as she looked at her best friends with a smile.Â
â Ready to have a sleepover way better than those we had in Hogwarts? I know my music is damn ready.â
@e-vans-lily·
In a matter of minutes all the girls were finally gathered together under the same roof. It was hard to believe that this was a first time this happened since practically forever. Lily couldnât contain her excitement for that as she hugged every girl as they entered and then she followed the instructions of the hostess. She fished out a few vials from her bag first though and handed each to the girls. The potion inside was of a garish yellow colour, but didnât look disgusting. And truth to be told, it was one of the most notoriously used potions in all the Hogwartsâ older years, so the girls knew it well.Â
âIâve taken it on myself to brew us some strong and fresh magic.â It was a simple concoction that prevented from the alcohol poisoning - meaning no hungover the morning after. âNow, we are ready to party, right?â
@miss-marymacdonald·
Mary laughed, hugging Lily back and  setting her bags down on the counter. Carefully she pulled out the bottles of wine, one red and one white. She took the potion from Lily, scrunching up her nose as she pulled out the stopper and threw the yellow liquid back into her mouth. She swallowed and smiled, knowing they could drink as much as they like and feel fine in the morning. âThis is perfect. You guys have no idea how much Iâve needed a girls night.â Mary flicked her wand, the corks popping out of both bottles. âYes ready to party!â She threw her arms up, laughing.

Emmeline placed her folded clothes on the floor near her purse, taking a seat on the bed next to her friend before raising an eyebrow at the question.  â  Wait- really?  â  The blonde honestly wasnât expecting that- though that didnât mean she didnât want to. Emmeline loved the place she was living in now, but sheâd always felt sort of lonely without anyone else around. She had always been the type of person who couldnât go too long without her friends or simply without company in general. Sometimes she even felt needy that way so sheâs tried to keep it to herself more. But if her moving in would mean that one of her best friendâs would sleep just a little more soundly at night knowing she wasnât alone then,  â  Oh, Mary, iâd love to! I mean- as long as you donât mind of course. It would be great living together.  â Â
Mary grinned at her friend. âYes really!â She was happy that Emmeline actually wanted to. âIâm usually at work most days, but Iâm always home in the evenings. Thereâs a nice garden out back, I think youâll like.â She smiled. âOf course I wouldnât mind! It gets lonely here.â Mary would be thrilled to know that when she came home she wouldnât be alone. It would be like a permanent sleep over and she quite enjoyed the idea. âYou can pick which room you want and we can have your things sent over when youâre ready.â Mary leaned back against the pillows, smiling.
vancyemm:

She followed Mary and waited patiently in the doorway of her room for a shirt.  â  You had me at snuggle buddy. Always good to have those.  â  Emmeline took a moment to take in the scenery and smiled. That bed was very Mary- she thought to herself before catching the shirt in her hand and biting it between her teeth to remove her shirt she had already been wearing and replace it with the one leaned to her; slipping off her shorts and folding her clothes in a neat manner before asking,  â  Mary, this place really is beautiful. But- donât you ever get lonely here?  â Â
Mary pulled on her own t-shirt, tossing her clothes into a pile near her hamper. She climbed into bed, pulling back the puffy comforter and getting under the covers. She sat up straight, looking at Emmeline. âYou want to move in?â She said excitedly. She barely slept anymore, always afraid that she was going to wake up to someone in her house. Of course her protective charms and her intruder jinx that she had set up to sound when someone with a dark mark entered the end of her street. âSorry I know you have your own place, but I have two free bedrooms.â She looked hopefully at her friend.
wormtail-peter-pettigrew:
âYeah, it will. Thank you.â He said as he took the coin from her. He grabbed the Niffler as it tried to get the coin. âTickle, tickle. Oh, youâre so cute.â Peter blushed as he realised how strange he must seem speaking to the Niffler as if it where a baby. âUm, Newt says that itâs best to talk to creatures like they understand you. It builds a relationship or something.â
Mary nodded, watching him grab the Niffler and tickle it. She laughed and shook her head slightly. âI didnât realize you were so interested in creatures, Peter.â She smiled at him, nodding and looking down at the cute little thing. âThey are cute. What are you going to do with it?â
vancyemm:
|| Mary ||Â
  â  Iâve thought about that.  â  She nodded at her friendâs words but then only shook her head.  â  But I just donât know itâs like⊠we always find each other anyway, you know? We have the same hiding places and everything.  â  A frustrated sigh left her as Mary started taking away their plates. She felt awful when she let her problems get out because she knew everyone had bigger ones. It was the blondes own fault she was in love with a Death Eater, most would say.  â  Oh! I didnât even realize it was that late, Mac, iâm so sorry. I mean I could stay- but I donât want to impose since youâve had a long day. I really donât mind walking home if you want to get some sleep.  â Â
Mary nodded, chewing the inside of her lip. She knew it was easier said than done to avoid someone you were in love with, especially if that someone went out of their way to find you. Mary put her hands on her hips, her brow furrowed. âDonât be ridiculous, Em. I need a snuggle buddy.â She grinned at her friend, making her way out of the kitchen. âCome on then. Iâll even let you borrow a t-shirt.â Mary laughed as she made her way upstairs, flicking her wand so the lights went off behind them and on in front of them. Her house had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was nice, but lonely with just her living here. She made her way to her room, a large fluffy white bed stood in front of them and she stripped off her blouse while rummaging through her drawers for two oversized t-shirts. âHere try this.â She said, tossing a top to Emmeline and pulling one over her own head.

Organizing a girls night was harder than the brunette thought- it was hard to find a day that all of them coul come, Marlene took a day off for it. She made sure they had every kind of snack possible and since she lived alone- they could be as loud as they want into the apartment. She was now only waiting for her friends, the door was open wide for them to enter just in case as she was in the kitchen trying to bake some cookies.

Going to a party these days felt like going on an adventure. Truly, getting a single night off and then a looser next day was so hard, that the fact it was possible, felt like a miracle.Â
Due to some heavenly powers, Lily was able to get enough free time to actually prepare some things for the party and not just get there and hope that others would be better prepared.Â
As it was, she apparated in front of Marleneâs building with a silent pop and made her way inside, carrying a bag, filled with goodies that could definitely make the party even greater (even though it was already an event of a year).Â
Once inside she thankfully found that the doors were open, otherwise sheâd have to rummage through the abyss that was her handbag and simply let herself in.Â
âMarlene? Girls?â Shrugging her shoes off, she went further inside and found Marlene in the kitchen.Â
âHi. No oneâs here, yet?â
Mary had just got off work and quickly went home to change into something more comfortable. As she changed she packed a quick bag full of bottles of wine and a few bags of chips. Feeling satisfied with her appearance and with what she was bringing, she walked outside and locked her house up before apparating outside of Marleneâs building and walking up stairs. The door was open and she could already hear talking inside. Mary sauntered in, holding the bag up and finding them both in the kitchen. âAre you guys ready to party!â She squealed, grinning at the two of them. âWhereâs Em?â
torva-black:
âNo your place would be great! Weâll need to round everyone up and get a party sorted. Hopefully it wonât be too hard getting everyone together.â
âGreat! Iâll send an owl out to everyone and see if they can take the time to come party.â
wormtail-peter-pettigrew:
âYeah, Iâve been kinda busy. You know order work.â He said as he made a grab at the Niffler. The creature though cute, was the bane of his life. It was always handy to keep a few shiny things on hand. âHey Mary, you wouldnât happen to have any leprechaun gold on you, would you?â
Mary nodded. Sheâd been busy both at the Ministry and with the Order. She watched Peter try to grab the niffler. âI donât but, hang on.â She muttered, turning to the fountain, sticking her hand in it and snatching out a galleon. âWill this do?â She asked, waving it around.
e-vans-lily:
âOh, thank Merlin, youâre here!â Lily was standing at that particular moment standing by a huge cauldron (at least size 7), moving her wand in quick circles over the potion she was creating.Â
âCould you pass me that vial with lavender oil? Itâs in a corked bottle standing on a table. I canât stop moving my wand unless I want to potion to go to waste.â
Mary hadnât seen Lily in what felt like ages. She had finally forced herself to take some time off work and made sure she popped over to Lilyâs place immediately. Having a key to her house, Mary let herself in, following the sounds of a bubbling cauldron. Her brow furrowed as she walked up to Lily and peered into the huge cauldron she was standing at. âYeah of course.â Mary turned to the table and grabbed the small vile, handing it to Lily. âWhat are you making exactly?â
wormtail-peter-pettigrew:
The crowd dispursed, as a scream echoed through the air. Peterâs attention was drawn to the middle of the Atrium, that was when he noticed the small mole like creature that had clearly caused all the fuss stuffing itself with shiny things. âAlright, fun jokes guys. But seriously, who let the Niffler out this time?â
Mary had just gotten off the lift when she heard a scream. She pulled her wand out and ran into the Atrium, her heart racing. She came to a stop beside Peter, realizing quickly what was happening. She shook her head, putting her wand away and turning to her friend. âLong time no see.â
