"Really?" She grinned, always a bit on the curious side; it was in her nature. "I’ve always wanted to take dance lessons, but I never really got the chance. The rents were more into outdoorsy kinda stuff, which I love but hey." She shrugged, slowly starting to slow down the treadmill before finally getting off, trying to catch her breath as she smiled over at the other girl. "I guess I’m just stuck in the 90s or whatever. No on makes shit like that anymore. But it’s nice to meet you too, I’m Staci." She nodded, holding out her hand to shake Kylie’s. "Been on this show or whatever long?"

''I know! I mean, you have Harlem shake, and Gungdam style, but I can't call that dancing.'' Kylie chuckled, taking the girl's hand. ''Me? Oh not too long. Joined in with this season actually.'' she spoke as she released the Staci's hand. ''What about you? Long term or short term on the show?''

"Wait, that’s you playing around?" Staci questioned, her brows raising with praise and a bit of shock. "Girl— that was like high quality dancing. I don’t know, I would’ve thought you were a dancer or something," she grinned, her attention going back to her treadmill as she continued to speak. "Maybe, but compared to you I am. Let’s just say I think I’m good when I add my own little moves to the Cupid Shuffle," she chuckled, only slightly out of breath from all the running.

''Oh, no! I'm not a dancer or anything.'' Kylie laughed with a light shake of her head. ''I just.. used to dance a lot.'' she attempted to explain, but she knew she was still as vague as she'd started. As a teenager she took to the streets with her siblings a lot, and dancing had been an outlet. ''Cupid shuffle? That's so retro!'' she chuckled in amusement, moving over to the girl on the treadmill. ''I'm Kylie by the way.'' she mentioned,

In truth, Erin hadn’t been there for the whole routine. She had gotten there near the end, unfortunately. It seemed like it was a really good routine.”Well, I didn’t actually get to the gym until a few moments before you finished, but you are super good. I’ve taken pictures of supposedly professional dancers less talented than you are. I’m actually kind of jealous— Oh! I’m Erin.”

''Really?'' Kylie smiled, shortly confused though at her words. ''Úh, you take pictures of dancers?'' she asked. She was a born and raised Chicago girl, so as a kid she often went to the streets, and would go dancing as an outlet with some of the other street kids. Especially with her mother being... who she was. Escaping was number one priority, and usually she'd drag her siblings along. ''Oh, I'm Kylie. Nice to meet you Erin.'' she smiled.

"Now what do we have here?" Mark mumbled to himself as he was headed into the gym for a quick workout and saw someone in one of the dance studios. Low and behold he spotted Kylie strutting her stuff and he watched silently until it looked like she had stopped. Going into the room he started clapping once the music stopped and beamed over at the girl. "Damn Kylie, you got some moves."

The sound of clapping startled her shortly, and she instantly turned towards the sound. As soon as she saw it was Mark, she relaxed though and gave him a playful grin. ''Why thank you.'' she chuckled, giving a curtsy to play along with the part. ''I didn't know you were peeping, though.'' she noted with a tilted head, just teasing him a little bit.

Glancing over from the weights, Jeff couldn’t help but smirk. “You work out like that often?” He asked, quirking a brow at the woman who was cooling herself off from a hard workout. The guy couldn’t help but notice, really. It was just in his nature.

Kylie shook her arms a few times after she'd turned off the radio, cooling off her muscles somewhat as she heard a male voice speak up. She glanced at the man that wasn't sitting all that far from where she was standing and shrugged lightly. ''Sometimes.'' she replied with a short grin. ''Great cardio, right?'' she continued with a chuckle.

Staci had been at the gym for a while. Even if the young woman didn’t surf all that much anymore, she still liked to stay in the best physical shape she could. She spent most of her time on the treadmill, bopping her head to the beat that the girl next to her was listening and dancing too. On ocassion Staci would look over, pretty impressed at her moves in all honestly. Once the music cut off, she kept at it at the treadmill, but nodded over to Kylie. “Hey you. Sick moves, I’m jealous. If I even tried that at a club or something I’d look ridiculous.”

Kylie glanced up at the girl on the treadmill beside her with a shy smile. She'd noticed her earlier, but hadn't minded her presence while she did her thing. ''Thanks,'' she replied with a short nod. ''I was just.. playing around.'' she continued, grabbing the water bottle she'd brought along, and taking a short sip of it. ''And I'm sure you're not that bad.'' she encouraged the unknown girl.

"Damn." Erin had gone to the gym to work out; staying in shape to be able to do the shit she did for photography was important. She wasn’t expecting a dancer when she had gone, though. Erin was definitely impressed, though. The lady wasn’t joking around when it came to dancing. "You’re really good at dancing. Is that what you do?”

Kylie hadn't noticed a spectator when she'd been dancing. Sometimes she completely lost herself when she was in her element, so she was startled shortly when hearing the voice. ''Oh-- uh, hey. No, it's not. It's more of a hobby.'' she stammered in surprise, straightening herself. ''Thank you though, I uhm, didn't see you there.'' she smiled.

''Ugh, I needed that.'' Kylie exhaled in a sigh to no one in particular as she relaxed her muscles and allowed herself to catch her breath. She had stepped into the gym for a quick dance work out, something she used to do back home. She hadn't done so for the longest of times so it felt good to go all out again after so long. She walked over to the radio and clicked the stop button, causing the music she'd used to switch off.

The sudden change in demeanor surprised her somewhat. He turned so much more mysterious within a blink of an eye, that she instantly fell silent to await what he had to say. She blinked lightly as he explained, but a smirk started to appear the more of his story he shared. ''Wow... that's impressive.'' she spoke before giving him a short once over. ''I'm glad the 'Lightning' doesn't indicate the speed in which you...well you know. Pop the lid.'' she teased, before she laughed.

He laughed a little, supporting the light tone she tried to present. “Yes, I guess we all just need to wait for the right one,” he said. Realizing what an ass he was for not asking her about herself, he shook his head ever so slightly. “I’ve been so rude,” Rylan began, “enough about me. Tell me your story.” It was a figure of speech. He knew nothing could be said bluntly around the cameras but he tried to make it sounds like a conversation that is as normal as it gets.

''My story?'' she asked, pausing shortly as she wondered how the answer that. She didn't exactly have a story to tell. At least not one she was interested in sharing for the entire world to know. ''Well... I don't know what there is to tell; I'm a Chicago girl, as I said before, I work in the telemarketing business...-oh, and yeah,I haven't had any luck with the guys around here either if you were wondering.'' She laughed, knowing she'd had some obvious flirts, but those were mostly just for her own entertainment. ''Where are you from, by the way?'' she asked.

"You should come and see," the advertising came like an instinct. His job was his life. His job practically defined who he was. Harvey enjoyed the fact that Kylie went along with his laughter and didn’t show any signs of disgust at his current state of being. "Well, I could tell you the fake fancy story or I can give you the crude 100% honest story. You choose, sweetheart."

Kylie wasn't one to judge others, so she didn't mind Harvey's state of mind right now. He had his reasons for being like this, and she'd leave him to his own choices. Who was she to judge for his actions? She blinked shortly at Harvey's suggestion, unsure what to answer for a few seconds. ''Uhm... I think I'm okay, but thanks.'' she spoke with a hesitant tone of voice before cracking a smile. ''Bring on the true story, I can handle it.'' she chuckled.

Rylan’s never opened up to anyone about his insecurities. It just wasn’t the way he was brought up. When Kylie took his hand, he felt a surge of emotion brewing in him. It was one of those things which you couldn’t handle when you buried them, but crumble when you decide to face it. The thoughts of his mother and the huge list of failed lovers in his past made him detest his vulnerability. Hoping he didn’t show too much on his face, he smiled and laughed gently. “Thanks, Kylie. I appreciate that,” he meant it.

Kylie returned Rylan's smile with her own, not completely convinced of how genuine it really was. The moment her hand had touched his, she'd seen a small change in facial expression, but it was quickly hidden away from sight by a smile. ''No problem.'' she replied with a short nod before retracting her hand, not wanting him to feel uncomfortable with the contact. ''Seriously, ignore the shallow bimbo's and wait for that girl that doesn't just think of you as eye candy.'' she grinned, trying to lighten the mood a little bit.
