I've been thinking. There has been another show which helped me lot this year. Star Trek next generation. It's very therapeutic and the viewer learns a lot about human beings. Especially Data is so human.. in fact more human than other characters on the show.

So in conclusion: therapy, Star Trek Next Generation and BoJack Horseman really made my year. I'm so thankful for all of this. I grew and learned and changed but I'm more myself than ever!
