well i suppose im doing an intro post...

hi there! here's a few short things to know about my blog/me (also look at my description for more basic info):

-THIS BLOG IS A SAFE SPACE. Everyone is welcome here, with the exception of bigots, racists, homophobes, transphobes, and just haters in general. I try my hardest to keep it cool here, so if any of those applies to you in any way, LEAVE.

-I am a minor in high school, so please be sure to respect that :)

-Hobbies: worldbuilding, watching analog horror, collecting old and broken technology, talking to myself, competitive speech and debate, zoning out, sometimes I bake?, doomscrolling, stargazing, getting shot (I'm a lacrosse goalie!), thrifting, exploring old places, daydreaming WAY too often, forgetting things

-I also write and do (traditional) art but would never post that unless thoroughly coaxed/coerced (by the way feel free to coax/coerce me because I honestly kinda want to but am way too scared and need a bit of a push lol)

-Current interests (fandoms): Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist (manga and Brotherhood, not 2003), Legend of Zelda, LU, Saiki K., JJK, Marvel, PJO, Epic, Cookie Run: Kingdom, probably more that I honestly just forgot about..........

fml everyone I live with has impetigo. I AM AN ISLAND OF HEALTH IN A SEA OF DISARRAY. I am on my knees praying and I'm not even Christian or religious or anything. this feels like a repeat of the time everyone got norovirus (I am deathly afraid of throwing up) and I had my last ever hockey tournament a couple days later. I'm not a germophobe or anything but I am NOT taking my chances with this one

i also just so happen to be the most vulnerable in the household bc I just got piercings dammit and I also accidentally cut my foot open on a pin that I dropped on the floor (its healing now so we good)

going to an art museum and sketching is amazing but getting lost in the vast halls of the art museum because you were sketching and left the map with the group is not amazing

and I just KNEW that their sorry asses were lost too because I'm the only one who knows how to correctly read a map LMAOOOOOOO

hey did you know??? that if you stop stretching and maintaining mobility in your body then it goes away?? things get tight and you can't move the way that you used to??? and when you decide to try getting a stretch routine going that the first week fucking sucks because you keep going 'damn i used to be able to do this no problem' and then you have to switch gears and be kind to yourself and just focus on getting better from here instead of berating yourself for dropping the good habits in the first place??? and your body never stops aging so you gotta keep taking care of it and sometimes you gotta take care of it extra in certain areas because of things that happened when you were younger and it's boring and sometimes hurts but it's so necessary???

i am yelling this at myself right now i am going through An Experience (trying to get into a routine of body maintenance again for my physical and mental health)
