This is what fibromyalgia looks like. My family is in the other room and I can hear what is going on but I can't join in. I had to let down due to my pain. This is the worst thing, to have to not join in.

This is what a bad fibromyalgia day looks like. Me in bed, tears streaming down my face from the pain and Mark doing all that he can to help me. On days like today, I haven't been able to get out of bed for more than a slow, agonizing trip to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth to feel like some kind of human but it just made my arms ache. I can't control my core temperature today so I'm in a heating pad and under an electronic blanket. I couldn't do my daily life without him.He is such a wonderful partner and I am so grateful for him every day.
