okay - still something you might want to consider. i think a lot of your members are getting a bit antsy and frustrated with the whole situation. we get opening a site is a lot of work but everything seems a little rushed and unplanned. just a bit of feedback for you to take into consideration.

i’m sorry, i’m honestly unsure what to say in response to this? if anyone is getting antsy and frustrated -- sorry, things came up plans were changed, we had to delay the opening. we had things planned out right up till opening day, but things popped up. yes, we want the site to be more of a finished product, but we understood that people were already upset with the site being delayed once (and that’s 100% fine and understandable) that we rushed to finish it, but we only have one coder doing everything skin + template wise. we opened now so at least people can get their accounts settled while the templates are finished up. i’m sorry that there’s templates that still need to be made and that we can’t accept the apps asap. 

i’ll totally own up 100% to what the site is currently lacking and the staff understand as a whole if anyone feels the site isn’t a right fit for them. we get it, people want to rp. but we’re also uncomfortable with the idea of having people review apps and having control of certain parts of the site right now. again, we apologise for the delay and we’re getting to apps as soon as possible.

would you guys consider some temporary help getting stuff moving? seems like a lot of what needs to be done doesn't need to be done my a coder - i.e. moving templates, accepting apps... xo

hiii!!! while we appreciate the thought, a lot of is still being done by our coder rn because they're template based. things should be going quicker when our other admin is out from work! while we get that there's a lot of apps right now, we would rather have people on the staff team be the ones reading over the apps and reviewing them versus someone temporary! i totally understand where you're coming from but we it's something we rather not do at the current time!

irene cross // 30 // emergency room nurse

the youngest of the cross siblings and arguably the least responsible (100% not even an argument tbh). she has always fallen in the shadow of her brilliant older sister kathryn but she always said she didn’t mind it. it allowed her to slip under the radar and most days she actually preferred that. though she did spend a better part of her childhood acting out which would prove that she did in fact care that her sister got way more attention than her. but whatever, this isn’t therapy. they’re irish catholic so they just suppress everything.

she’s actually pretty smart even though she does some dumb things. school came pretty easy to her but god forbid she actually apply herself and go above and beyond. she went the medical route like her older siblings but she decided to become a nurse instead. she went for trauma because there was something exciting about it. keeps her on her toes. ask anyone at the hospital and they’ll tell you she’s good at what she does.

irene is the kind of friend that will go out with you for drinks on any night of the week. easily the first one up to sing karaoke and dancing at a wedding. has learned over the years that she if she pretends that she doesn’t actually give a fuck what people think that others actually start to believe it - but spoiler alert, she does actually care about what ppl think of her. 

so her sister passed away from a brain tumor a few months ago and prior to that she slept with her sister’s fiance. she’s 400% not okay over it. everyone thinks she’s just grieving over the death of her but really she’s torn up from the guilt of it all. she’s in a vicious cycle of not dealing with it and then acting out because of it. because whoops she doesn’t regret actually sleeping with him????? it’s just a mess and she hasn’t told anyone bye????????

so as far as needs go just give her everything? friends please and ones that she’s known since childhood. ppl that work with her at the hospital would also be a+++++ and some exes for sure. i would even be open to her having been seeing someone at the time when she slept with her sister’s guy. tbh they could still be seeing each other now and he just doesn’t know??? and he finds out??? idk whatever works just kill me this is so long bye
