Abode to a Black Knight and Fallen Angel|| Rod and Bella
The taunting of the dark man drew her interest vaguely and the fire of Black blood burned through the slender being as she looked up from her disinterested state caught in thought to retort to his entrance. “I would say the same for you, almost peaceful,” the jibe was light in heart and an actual smirk curved on those malicious lips. She knew that when it came to those she could tolerate Lestrange was one of the few not entirely pathetic merely irritating from time to time. They were both of houses that demanded their purity and courage for the coming war and she was certain he would take up wand as well when the time came not that she would remark upon any of these things. She would allowed herself to remain with no concern when it came to the life of Rodolphus. Devilish souls they had been compared many times yet she chose to ignore it with that absence of a heart and eyes of dark allure. She was strictly a woman of solo potential content in her torture and venture of the dark arts. She would snap at him and ask him what he wanted but it would not keep to her flame of wit and would allow him to think that he affected her in any way besides mild tolerance for his presence, she could not have that. Bellatrix Black would forever be the ice queen with a soul of flame.
Rodolphus let loose a small laugh, shaking his head in amusement. That was Bellatrix Black, cold and dark and the perfect Slytherin. It was rumored around the schools that hell itself was Bellatrix's mother, her demeanor as cruel as the fires of the underworld itself. Rod knew the truth, she was just Bellatrix. "Ah, have I missed your sarcasm. So where have you been? Off planning the demise of the entire wizarding world?" he turned his head, smirking right back at her.
Rodolphus was interested in Bellatrix for two reasons. She wasn't like the rest of the students at Hogwarts. She knew who she was and the power she was capable of. Her magic was strong and so was she. Just as Rod liked.
Secondly, Bellatrix was beautiful. Dark and icy as a winter evening, her pale face and black hair made her stand out more than any long legged blonde in Hufflepuff. They were similar in so many ways, including their looks. All the witches claim Rodolphus to be darkly handsome with a sinister attitude, much like his darling Bella. But no, she was worse. Rod at least smiled, it was rare to see her lips even curved at all, much like they were now. Interesting.
[[I'm so sorry! I've been working overtime so much and getting so little sleep that I haven't had time to check, but I promise I'll be on more often! As long as you don't completely hate me :(]]
