Victor & His Condition:

-He is able to exist, in an extremely limited manner, in temperatures above freezing. Think of the cold as oxygen. The warmer a room is, less oxygen he has. -Aka he won’t immediately die if so much as a warm breeze touches him. -He is trying to condition his body to exist in slightly ‘warmer’ (relatively speaking) temperatures naturally, it is a slow going process. -You can touch him, but it is akin to touching an extremely cold metal pole, so viewer discretion is advised. -He cannot turn people into icicles by touching them, nor by being touched, he does NOT have cryokinesis. -He doesn’t like buttons, his fingertips have that kind of mild numbness you get when you stay out in the cold for too long, so he prefers buttonless cardigans and the like. -He has been devising methods to cure, or at least work around, his condition. Currently, he has a ‘socket’ in his chest that he injects a specialized coolant in that regulates his body temperature and allows him to exist in heated environments for several hours at a time. -He has his eyes on nanotechnology as a future method of regulation but that’s TBD. -He can create snowflakes by exhaling in a warm room as a party trick.
