How can I find out what houses I'm in? (Slytherpuff, gryfilin, ect.)

There's lots of tests out there that will tell you a single house--you can take one of those, and look at your top two results (if it's the sort that gives your percentage match for all houses), especially if they're very close.  Alternatively, there's a few quizzes out there that will tell you a mixed house.

This is a quick one that seems like the one I see the most results for in the tag.

Okay, I’m having a moment. Let me have a minute to get over this video. Shit I mean … This nearly killed me. I often type into my tags that I’m crying but this time I really mean it. Hp has been over for a year now and I still think that it’s the best damn thing that ever happened to me. And it will never truly end for me. Because I’m sitting here crying over these characters, over this fantastic series which gave me so much. Harry Potter was the first book I’ve ever read and it changed me. I guess I’ll never find the right words to explain my love for these books and movies … But I just wanna say one thing: Joanne K. Rowling … THANK YOU SO, I OWE YOU SO MUCH. Nothing will give me feelings like Harry Potter. It is such a huge piece of my childhood. It took me on new adventures with reading, it allowed me to make friends I would have been too shy to make otherwise, and keep a friend I could’ve lost when we changed schools (Yes you Marisa) I owe so much to J.K. Rowling and this series, because all the things I enjoyed about it and taught me really helped shape who I am.

How do you 'wear' the stuff on the side bar? I can't figure it out, but I want to put some of the links on my blog.

When you check a site that has banners and stuff that you wanna put on your profile, there will be a block of code you'll need to copy to your blog.  Put it in your blog's description to "wear" it in your profile.  If you don't want it there, you can put it elsewhere on your blog by editing the HTML of your theme, but that's a little more advanced because you have to know what you're doing to know where you're putting it.

Your best bet is to just copy the code into your theme's description box. Good luck!

I have two questions, HOW DID YOU GET THIS THEME!! OMG I WANT IT. Also, where do you make your pictures? and where did you find these quotes which match perfectly?

If you'll scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the page, there's a link to the theme's creator.  To be honest, the way I found it was through Google, looking for Harry Potter Tumblr themes.

I make my pictures in GIMP, which is an awesome free programme kind of like Photoshop.  It takes some getting used to, but there are plenty of tutorials out there on how to use it.  I like it, personally.

The quotes, I just dig around on the internet.  I've got a few sites bookmarked for quotes, but for a few of them, I've had a specific theme in mind for what I wanted, so I searched for a quote around that theme--like for the Slytherclaw ones, for instance, I searched for quotes about cleverness, because I think it's a defining trait for that group.  For Gryffinpuff, I search for valour or honour, and so on.  It really helps narrow them down.

Of course, some of them have been submissions, too, and we can always use more of those!

Your theme is amazing! As well as your blog

Thanks much! The theme, I actually borrowed from Pottermore House Pride, because it's the same one they're using.  I went looking for Harry Potter themes, and most of them are house-specific.  There should be a link, I think, at the bottom or on the sidebar for its source.

So, is the latest Slytherclaw "A man always has two reasons for doing anything" or "Clever tyrants are never punished"? The image and the description disagree.

Dammit.  As is evidenced by the fact that the correct images with the correct tag is now up, I clearly clicked the wrong image to upload when I was filling the queue the other night.  Thanks for letting me know; I completely would have missed it otherwise. ^^;
