I am a New York City- based psychotherapist and writer (mj corey is a pen name). I received my graduate degrees in Creative Nonfiction and Counseling Psychology from Columbia University in 2014 and 2016, respectively. My work has been seen in various publications, and I also operate a popular social media presence (Instagram and TikTok) called Kardashian Kolloquium. On Kardashian Kolloquium, I --sometimes seriously, sometimes satirically -- intellectualize the Kardashian family's massive media project using media theory and post-modern frameworks. Also, my sister Marie (founder of Super Lestela Studios) and I co-created the web series Between Two Salads, a "talk show about social media."
