Ability: the setting sun; it allows her to absorb the life energy of other living beings. If she absorbs too much energy all at once, she runs the risk of losing control. In this case her body can suffer serious consequences that often manifests as maniacal phases. To avoid this risk she always wears an obsidian stone around her neck which absorbs excess energy. If she absorb energy little by little she can heal herself and extend her life as much as she wants (to do so she must first remove the stone).

Hobby: doesn't really have one and always complains about being bored

• I decided to give her the biological surname of her real counterpart and not the surname "Tsushima" to make her character more independent from Dazai;
• irl Michiko was a teacher but BSD Michiko doesn't want to become one, plus she's not very good with children because she doesn't have any patience;
• her ability is inspired by one of the book of Dazai Osamu, The setting sun in which her best friend Kazuko is the main character

• Clumsy, not in the adorable sense, in the sense that she falls, taking down with her the name of every saint she knows and whoever is walking with her to hold on to her

I'm not talking about her because I'm obsessed with Michiko of the people who think they have the right to take my character and my art and post it somewhere else affirming that's disrespectful having a character named over Tomie Yamazaki :) I hope to not see anything more from those people because I really love Tomie, she's been my first OC for BSD fandom (that is becoming more and more toxic over the years) but anyway!

• Tomie's inspired by the real mistress of Dazai sensei;
• Tomie and Dazai were ex lovers, they broke up for many reasons, one of them is Dazai being a womaniser
• "Blue Bamboo" is the name of a collection of stories written by Dazai sensei
It would be amazing if Nietzche or Machiavelli get added to bungo stray dogs and team up with Fydor or Something. Nietzche was the man who killed God and Fyodor is a dedicated Christian. Their philosophies are so interesting because they answer the same questions. Niezche could be added because of this, just like how Dazai and Fyodor have this cat and mouse thing, how they are depicted as (somehow, don't quote me on this) the same, or like brothers. That happened because irl Dazai's philosophy and Fyodor's are in many cases, the same. In my Greek translation of No longer Human, it has an introduction who mentions Fyodor and says the line "Dazai and The Great Russian agree". So it wouldn't be much of a stretch if Nietzche was added due to the actual philosophy of the man. Nietzche and Machiavelli are usually depicted as "evil" (even tho neither of them were). So they could easily be villains. I hope Machiavelli gets added because he'd be so amazing. And if he does, then we will need Dante aligeri since they were both from the same town (Florance) and remained in history for their books.
