They installed Kiosks in the Dining area cutting back on staff, which I do use but then there's no clerks around to help with problems. They took out the amenities in the dining area so you can't get a drink refill without waiting for someone to come out and check the dining area, and you have to chase down someone to get salt, pepper and ketchup. That's OK. We like Culver's too.
