“Body, minister to yourself.”

This thought has been on my heart since Sunday. Maybe it is the spiritually climate we’re in. The climate that our country is in, along with the world. There is so much currently going on and so much information being pushed on us. It is wild out here!

I’m trying to say this in a way that only the Lord would have the Body to say it, but it truly is hard to say the right thing. I’ve tried to measure my words so carefully when it comes to this. And every time I come back to what was whispered to my soul Sunday morning … “Body, minister to yourself.”

BODY- bride of Christ, the Church — start using the tools given to you to minister to yourself and then go out and minister to others.

Body, stop looking at other members in the Church and wishing or trying to act their portion of the Body. Be the part you were created, designed to be.

Body, start being the Body and listening to Him and spending time hearing what He has to say. That is the only way we can be an active part of the Body He can use.

Body, surrender to whatever He wants to do. Revival is His Idea and He knows how all of this is going to unravel, we just listen to our Shepherds voice and act accordingly.

Body, let us not be passive but be all in and active.

Body, minister to yourself. He has given us all we need for us to do so.

I’m tired. I’m pretty sure the Lord is too.

We say with our lips He is King and He is our All in All. We tell people “we’re Christians”. We wear cross necklaces and post Bible verses. We say a prayer here and there, fit a minute of reading the verses of the day. We spend majority of our day thinking of Jesus and telling people we are Believers. We say, we say, we say and … WE SAY!

We say so much that we have lost track and the weight of knowing Jesus. We’ve lost the ability of accessing all that is open to us by confessing and proclaiming Jesus is Lord. We miss it. Daily we are missing it. We have missed the point.

The Holy Spirit indwelling within us and we just move past it. Ignore the charge given to us and we just wait until we go to Heaven? Really? Is the what the active of Body of The Church has become?

I’m tired. I’m so tired of this place we have been in, but I believe the tide is turning. I believe we’re waking up. I believe the GOOD NEWS is going to blaze through the night again. I believe we are awakening and arising to the reality of Jesus is King. Jesus is the Bridegroom who is looking with eyes ablaze with passion and love for His Bride.

I believe we are getting back to reading our Word and prayer. Communing with the real true God. Allowing Holy Spirit to minister to a dying world through us. There is no more church as usual. There is no more going back to the way it was. We are thirsty for the real Truth that shall set us free. Revival is on the horizon, can’t you see it?

Church, this is it! This is what we’ve waited for. What prayed and dreamed of. The cry of our hearts, set on eternity lasting things. The great Revival of the Last days. Y’all, it’s not coming it’s here!

Let us not get weary now! Let’s us pray and seek Him. Come into every room with thanksgiving and joy on our lips. A grateful heart that the time is near for our Saviors Glorious return for His Bride. Not a single word He spoke will return void. Its here! What we’ve prayed and longed for is here and may we be strengthened and ready ourselves for it. Because it shall be unlike anything we have seen or imagined. The earth shall be shaken for the good and we shall shine into the night during a blackout for our Savior.

Redemption draweth nigh, make hast while there is still little time left. For there shall be a day when there is no time or workers for night shall fall. The Bridegroom beckons “come” so we shall come and be One with the One. Our eyes shall behold Him who desired and longed for us all this time and interceding for us on our behalf. He has redeemed us to Himself and no other shall take us captive ever again. This is freedom and celebration in communing with Jesus who first loved us when we were once still sinners.

How selfish can you be?

Calling one persons dream for a Jesus movement obscene?

Just because it doesn’t fit your narrative that you’ve collected and sculpted starting from A and ending in your perfect tiny Z?

You simply shake your head and say “it’s not the Jesus way?”

But how would you know what He is going to say to another’s heart?

You’re simply not the Holy Spirit whom rekindles the humans heart to come home.

Jesus the Almighty is and to think you can estingush the plan and flame is quite preposterous-

The Son of Man says “yea or nay”, “left or right”, only because Almighty has made it so.

From the Fathers Lips to the Sons Heart & Soul, so it transfers to us from where the Holy Spirits flows.

No sir, no ma’am, it simply is not so.

It is the Jesus way, it is Jesus so.

Jesus isn’t safe- but simply recklessly wild in love with us.

What will become of the pages between Genesis and Revelation? We’re literally living out the days between the two. We are living out the last days, before Revelations unfolds in front of people’s eyes. Whether it be in Heaven or earth, it is coming. The rushing of the Holy Spirit Wind is stirring something. Constantly stirring- if you’ll just open up your heart and listen in. Listen with an unguarded heart. For I believe, “what if there is nothing to be afraid of? In this house -this beautiful house- we break the bread and bless the wine. We remember the beautiful sacrifice of love & we sing of all His Wonders He does in us. We sit with our enemies & bless them with blessing that has been said over us. We are kind with everything that we do. We love our neighbors & we do not meet a stranger. We wash their feet- for if we don’t, we are not worthy to wash His. The echoes in the halls and the rooms, are the heartbeat of all of our songs, the prayers upon our lips. We spring up and go forth in the way He directs us. We remember oh we remember- as our enemies become our friends. The enemy, the one who fights us in the world & spiritual realm is left utterly speechless as he is reminded of his fall every time we catch onto what he is trying to brew. If you stay up watching and listening- you’ll catch it right away. In this house, we remember- we break the bread & bless the wine. Amen.

Who

Who is going to dance with stars at night, as they sparkle open the curtains for eternities stage, when Heaven and earth meet?

Who is going to say “Jesus” when the world is asking “where is my peace I lost long ago, where can it be find”?

Who is going to dance in the dark till the lights come back on, for we are the light of the world?

Who is going to stretch out the loving Hand of Jesus to the person who is the polar opposite of you and doesn’t even believe in God?

Who is going to say “I love you” when they do not have the same opinion as you?

Who is going to speak healing and use their hands to be God’s Instrument to administrate it?

Who is going to ask the tough questions of where their hearts desires and treasures are stored and forget about the world cause they’re going to do what they are going to do?

Who is going to sing it out when the soul is downcast and they don’t feel like it?

Who is going to go there and do that obedient thing that is not “IN” right now?

Who is going to show up because no one else is going to do it Church, it’s up to us friends.

It is up to us.

No one else is coming.

No one else HAS TO.

We are chosen to be the light of the world and show Jesus to EVERYONE.

To the least of these and to the highest of these.

No one else is coming.

No else needs to.

The Church is here.

His Kingdom has come.

No one else is coming.

The time is now.

Heartbeat

Heartbeat sing to me, I feel so alone. Like all the hours of my life keep adding up, but no sense is made. I keep wrestling with this vacant spot in my heart that just keeps on getting bigger and bigger as the days go by. I wake, it’s there. I sleep, it’s there. Never ending and I can’t get away from it.

No one else knows me like You or films me up the way You Do. My only sole desire is You, so won’t comf again and sing to me? I’m desperately waiting & longing for You. I need You to breathe on me. Breathe on me, breathe on me, breathe on me. I’m so desperate for You.

Nothing can quench this thirst but You. No one can get this mess that I’m in like You. No one is listening like You do. Don’t leave me, help me, draw near to me.

My heart is so overwhelmed.

Insecurities is the absolute death of me. Being so afraid of not being what God has called me to be is one of the biggest fear I have. I have dreams, dreams I expected myself to live up to by now. Dreams I thought would begin to unfold. Dreams I cried to The Lord to EVERY SINGLE NIGHT since it was placed upon my heart. The dreams I wanted through my whole life, a calling that I thought was in my reach. But where am I, no where near these dreams with nothing left in my hands.

This is what I was afraid of throughout high school, and it came to past. My purpose, as always, seems more meaningless because I feel like I cannot even impact the ones around me. The ones I truly love. The ones I truly care for. I wanted more for them and God.

I find myself thinking these things, because I crave to do something in my life. At this very moment, I feel like I cannot hear the voice of God at all. That’s where things get scary. That’s where my heart feels so lonely.

I have no answers.

I have no direction.

I have no idea what I’m doing.

It hurts.

More than what most people know.

But through all the silence, through all the hurt, through all the sadness, I want to trust in God knowing that even if my dreams don’t come to pass, it’s okay. Even if He is silent the rest of time, I still have Him. My calling is NOT my identity nor can it save my soul. My hope isn’t found in my calling or in my works, but in Christ alone. My heart leaps because of the joy it has found in Christ, not because it has a calling. My mind has to remember that God is first, everything else comes afterwards.

God sees me as more than just a “calling”, but He still calls me His Child. I’m still His loved one. I’m still His most prized possession. Even when discouragement comes, God is still in love with His masterpiece. Our Savior still died for us, so let us continue to live in that freedom and not in the chains of darkness. Our harvest isn’t found in the business but in what we reap in our hearts. Our freedom is here, let us chase it Church. Let’s chase it.
