I hope everyone realizes how huge this is. Raine is nonbinary. They are the first ever nonbinary Disney character. Queer representation is rare; nonbinary representation is even rarer. This means that more kids are going to grow up and treat they/them pronouns as a normal thing. This means that less kids are going to think of nonbinary people as different than them. This means that more nonbinary kids are going to see themselves in the shows they watch and feel more comfortable in their own skin as a result. This is a milestone, and it deserves to be treated as such.

Cecily: In between “Its an avocado, thanks” and “How did you defeat Captain America”, but as a solid answer I would say “I don’t need a degree to be a clothing hanger”. How about you?

Will: Probably “Road work ahead”

Jem: I speak many languages and this is none of them.

*internal screaming stops for a moment to discus what was seen*

Well, there was a lot of good and bad. To everyone saying that last episode was terrible, I say meh to you. They did the last episode well in my opinion. What probably should’ve happened this season was take the two other episodes they were given and build up to Daneresy going crazy. As well as show more of what happens before/after the war with the Night King. The ending with Jon asking Arya if she had Needle was just so wholesome as was Jon getting to be with Ghost again. Personally not the biggest fan of Sansa myself but girl you go. She’s been through so much shit and deserves that. And for everyone saying that Arya didn’t get what she deserved after the last 7 season of bullshit she’s been through, she is doing what she wants. She doesn’t have the one goal in her mind to get home, and the fear that her siblings may be dead. She knows now, she’s been home, and exploring was her second wish after her list. Arya is one of the most badass female characters out there and she deserves to do what she wants to without the fear of getting her head chopped off because of her family name, as well as hoping that her family is still alive. 

Also did no one who knew mention anything about Jon? Yeah, he didn’t want the throne but also didn’t say anything? Targaryen is not his personal identity, but I still feel like they could’ve done something with it.

Say what you will about GOT and D&D, but the final few minutes where the Sansa, Arya, and Jon are walking to pursue each of their destinies as Queen of the North, an adventurer, and a wilding while a rendition of the Game of Thrones theme plays in the background will remain one of the most beautiful, poetic, and empowering scenes in the whole series.

I mean, don’t get me wrong. Season 8 fucked every single character in the ass then did the same to the audience but still
