Justin Buccholz vs. Steve Lopez at the first Superior Cage Combat (SCC) Event, back in 2011. Buccholz executes a perfect front kick. Lopez tried defending both an inside leg kick and a headkick, you can see him make an attempt to check the kick and also brace his head and arms for impact. But he didn't expect a front kick! Buccholz did however leave himself pretty exposed during the kick. Look at his hands, lol.
Robbie Lawler vs. Melvin Manhoef, Strikeforce: Miami. Coming off a submission loss to Jake Shields, Lawler bounced back with a KO win this time around. In this one-round fight, the Dutchman Manhoef was punishing the CRAP out of Lawler's lead leg with brutal inside leg kicks. Lawler was limping and grimacing in pain during, and moreso immediately after the fight ended. He took quite a bit of punishment but ended up catching Manhoef with an overhand right. Manhoef was dropping his hands after each kick, and Lawler took advantage.
This was the second Frank Mir/Wes Sims fight at UFC 46. Using illegal facestomps on Mir in the first fight, Sims was still acting like a douchebag, which Mir cured him of with two knees and two punches. Here's the GIF of the first fight
The first Frank Mir/Wes Sims fight at UFC 43. At the start of the fight, Mir put his hand up to touch gloves to show respect, Sims chose to rush Mir instead. Few minutes later, Sims was disqualified for illegally facestomping a downed opponent (while holding the cage which is also illegal). This was the start of a rivalry between these two.
Muhammad Ali knocking out George Foreman in their classic boxing match from 1974, "The Rumble in the Jungle!" The 'Rope-a-Dope' was born from this historic fight. Ali defied ALL odds and analysts, who thought he didn't stand a chance against Foreman, who was the heavyweight champion.
Hiroyuki Owatari KO'ing Yojiro Uchimura in K-1 ColliZion, back in 2010. They both tag each other at the same time, but Hiro took his better.

Houston Alexander vs. Sokoudjou from Shark Fights. In the 1st round, Sokoudjou nearly finished a rocked Alexander. He survived through it though, and came back in the 2nd to take out Sokoudjou by TKO! This ref apparently only sort of cares, lol. Kind of looks like Yves Lavigne in this GIF, but it ain't, was some unknown ref
