I’ve always kind of hoped that? That having someone sincere and caring that didn’t expect reciprocation to or make demands for their affection around him would eventually start to rub off. tbh I was just so sad about the whole thing when it aired I made up this au where Alois was just badly wounded after Claude found him in the forest and he somehow made it to somewhere Finny found him and panicked and started secretly looking after him and Alois totally softened because he liked the company and knew Claude was wrong for him and idek maybe then he got to live with all the others and it was happy. /sigh excuse me
