It’s weird how dance moms fans act like favoritism in a dance studio is so unheard of and morally reprehensible. The parents pay for the solo. The studio and choreographer will put whoever does it best as the lead in a group dance. Like it’s literally not at all their job to make sure everybody has equal opportunities.

Anyone who ever claims the Aldc girls are “the best” or “just as good as the other little dancers” should watch this. This is the difference between doing choreography and really dancing. Maddie is exceptional considering the quality of training she received, but she’s still no where near the top of her age group, and this video clearly shows that

I saw them as just two different interpretations of the choreography they were given? like Maddie’s movements were sharper, whereas Tate took a more slow and controlled approach. I mean sure Tate’s version shows more control and technique, but I thought Maddie’s showed more musicality, and I don’t think it’s really fair to say that Maddie is just “doing choreography” and not “really dancing”…

You know what pisses me the fuck off? It’s people like her who try to prove who’s a stronger dancer with 12 seconds of a combo. I don’t understand the mindset that saying Maddie (or any ALDC girls) is just as good as other little dancers is insulting to them. I know they work their asses off, but so does Maddie. Clearly, Tate’s technique is incredible and her skill lever higher than Maddie’s. But Maddie has other amazing qualities Tate doesn’t have, at least in my opinion. That being said, Maddie is far from being an amateur dancer which I believe is what you’re trying to prove. So what if people think Maddie or the other girls is just as good or the best? Different people are drawn to different things. Do I believe Maddie has room to improve? Yes. Do I think she can outshine other little dancers with her strengths? Hell, yes.

Thank you! I’m very nervous because even though Maddie gets so much support everywhere else, she isn’t very liked in the tumblr fandom (judging from her tag, which I’ve been scrolling through these last couple months). But I figured hey, I should take a risk because Maddie needs as much love as she can get 😛

Well they did do it , I am disappointed because having actually read the article they should not have supported it. First of all the article only validates Chloe’s achievements as significant to the fact that she ‘surpassing’ Maddie. The article puts Maddie down a lot no matter how many times the women tries to say something nice at the start of every sentence she goes on to cancel it out. I don’t see why Christi should ‘have tears in her eyes’ at the idea of such a thing. The other thing is sadly you’re right that is how they feel. Like they still feel they are still in a kind of competition with Maddie over life is honestly annoying. And some people have always said Christi was still bitter about Maddie for the actions of adult. When it was that video of the meet and greet where Christi brought up Maddie everyone defended it. The ig picture everyone defended it. And now thing is all kinds pointing towards the fact that Christi has some kind of resentment towards Maddie.

And the thing is I don’t think Chloe was before but it’s starting to rub off on her. Especially if she’s encourages something that basically says “I deserve this more than Maddie”.

Another annoying thing is that article could have potentially been so nice. Maddie didn’t even need to be mentioned. She could have talked about Chloe’s nominations and then all she’s achieved recently.

They’re just trying to find something that chloe does wrong because she rarely has been shown to do something wrong. While the other girls have been shown many times to do things wrong. Just reaching. The article even states that maddie and chloe are equally talented and that maddie is amazing. They said chloe surpassed maddie in technique, which is true because chloe is focusing more on dance and maddie is focusing more on her career as a star and there’s nothing wrong with that! And they said chloe has better sportsmanship, which again has shown to be true, but that’s not maddies fault! Maddie just gets disappointed with herself when she doesn’t win (I’m the same way) and she’s under so much pressure from Abby and melissa that she snaps when people push her too far, but that’s a completely normal thing for people to do! Those are the only “bad” things said about maddie. And maddie stans ALWAYS bring down chloe to raise up maddie and they’re just bitter that they’re getting a MINOR taste of their own medicine. And are trying to reach to make chloe seem problematic because they have no other proof of her being problematic. So what chloe and chrisiti are happy that for once in chloes god damn life someone is praising chloe over maddie. And really it isn’t even that bad of an article. They compliment maddie. Get the fuck over it maddie stans

You’ve got it all wrong, sista. We are not reaching. We are just disappointed that the Lukasiaks would post something like that. If Melissa or Maddie posted an article about why Maddie should win the Choice Dancer award and basically stating why Maddie is better than Chloe, you’d freak the fuck out and say MUCH worse things than “I’m disappointed”. You guys are the ones who bring down Maddie to raise up Chloe. You’ve called her things I cannot even repeat. How are we trying to make Chloe seem problematic by saying we are disappointed she posted an article which was bashing one of her old teammates? She is a very sweet girl and we just didn’t expect that from her. Don’t act like no one ever praised Chloe over Maddie. That happens all the time in this fandom, way way too much. You all just know how to hate and hate on that poor little girl for the littlest things to make Chloe look better and now when we are a little upset that they posted mean things about Maddie, you all get pissy? I would actually write one of those articles myself and post it here because I’d just love to see your reaction because you are a bunch of hypocrites. But I won’t, because I don’t believe in trashing one girl to raise up the other. Even if you claim you don’t, you clearly do.
