All necessary info is tightly and intelligently contained in a tiny seed. Given nourishment and care the seed cracks open at the base and at the crown. From there, slowly, magically, not without due shakes it extends in both directions. It knows how to receive nurture and care. A visual reminder to self of what a lit up sacral feels and “looks” like 🥳😂 This is not exclusive to MG’s or Generators, however it happens to be the way we receive direct communication from our environment. It’s an inner guidance we can lean on over and over again and trust that it has our best interest at heart, ALWAYS. Practically speaking, a sacral response is a visceral reaction, subtle or not, to anything in your external environment. It does not originate in the mind. However once a ‘full body yes’ presents itself, prompted by something in your life, feel free to consult your mind, just don’t let it talk you out of it. Lean into your body’s wisdom when it speaks and shows you the way, even if you don’t act on it every single time. Also check in with the other parts of you, like your authority when making the final call on a thing/decision. New to the process? When first beginning to respond and the concept feels abstract, a good place to start is noticing what you engage in on a regular basis that you rather not be. Recognizing what DOES NOT bring you joy will only clarify and hopefully clean up areas of your life. Finally, remember this is a process, not a destination we are arriving at. Me after spending a day and a half in nature, minimal screen time and no social media. For an info junkie (5/1) with an open Ajna this is by far the quickest head clearing/detoxification ever. I knew I needed a day or so off after receiving a wellness advisory from tiktok! I mean I haven’t laughed as much as I have and consistently like I do when I’m on that app. Also it’s inspiring. I do appreciate so much of what technology offers. The way to balance and remedy it’s impact? Time in nature. Try it and tell me how you feel after soaking in nature. A new kind of binge. It was quite a surprise to learn just how sensitive I am. Shocking really. Leaving some of my friends and even myself questioning it, scratching our heads like, really? It just didn’t seem to fit. Yet isn’t it true that the most sensitive of us have the strongest, most impenetrable barriers? Only in recent years has information begun to grown about managing input from the world and what that means for how we pick things up. One such hub of information is Human Design. One of the most valuable take aways (for me) was discovering all the ways I take in from the world (empathy), and how to manage and channel all that info. That’s why it’s a big part of the conversation in my readings. More then ever we need sensitive people to awaken and embrace their sensitivity in a skillful way. I live for engaging with as many diverse things in my day as possible. However just because I can do all the things, (as an MG I’m very capable), does not mean that I should.
