Mobsby’s Brasserie Artisanale in Calvados, Normandy came to existence after many years of experience in the brewing industry in England. We have purposely built a new, spacious, modern brewery full of light and air to house the brewing equipment fashioned by a craftsman in England. Our specialty is naturally top fermented English style beers. Only the best quality ingredients are being used to ensure the flavour. Events

We will be attending two markets this comming week-end. On Saturday the 2nd April we will be at Le Teilleul (50) fom 9.am. until noon and on Suday 3rd April we will be in Caen at Rue General Moulin at the Zone Artisanale Des Hauts de Beaulieu, and that one starts at 8 am. so Alicja will not like having to get up to leave home at 6 in the morning! We didn,t win any prizes at the recent beer festival in Nancy, and we received the judges comments back and one comment was that our stout was too dark!! Last week-end at the gourmonde fair in Lisieux was very enjoyable, and we will definately return next year, I bought some nice pate, a bottle of rose champagne for our daughter Helena, and other goodies.A big thank you to Judy and Russ Mansfield who kindly put us up. New look website!

Our new look website is now ready and online! We will keep you up to date with events at the brewery and other related news.  Thankfully, there has been no snow in January, and we have been busy brewing and bottling to build up the stocks.  We have brewed and bottled Le Coq and La Cordiale and intend to brew and bottle Experience in February.
