he's got huge mascles and he's super strong. he's actually a major nerd and crazy smart but he pretends to be a himbo. despite the fact that he's generally happy with his transition, there are some things he still doesn't like about himself, and he's not as confident as he likes to come off. so he hides it all behind a dumb jock facade! which he also doesn't like that much.
he also verbalizes keysmashes, loves bad puns, is in love with his best friend, and thinks it's hot when they're acting scary and mean to him. he wants to be a fashion designer, and made siffrin's eyepatch for them! Extremely Tall and also he can beatbox?? apparently???

Maybe it's just because I haven't really looked for it, since Chisaki is like a pretty popular character, but I haven't seen anyone talk about his past like... At all. So I'm gonna do that! Here's my timeline for Chisaki's life, full of my own personal interpretation for everything we saw him go through!! Of course feel free to ask questions about it & I'll be happy to share how I came to these conclusions!! Or if they're just headcanons, too, ehe...
Let's start the with the beginning- I think Chisaki's original family was known by AFO for having Cell-Altering Quirks. None of them were ever particularly useful to him, so he didn't speak with them, but he knew about them.
His Quirk was formed through a genetic mutation, and rather than just altering cells, he was able to affect the atomic makeup of things instead, both living and non-living.
He most likely manifested his Quirk early, while Chisaki was very young- Certainly before he was old enough to go to school. Though, because of this, he didn't know how to control it at all when it manifested.
AFO, wanting such a powerful Quirk for himself, planted a trap. Using an unknown Quirk, he could easily have planted a part of himself where he could use Forced Quirk Activation on him from a distance.
Assumedly, aside from being born a sociopath, he had a normal childhood at first. Perhaps working as some kind of babysitter, or simply as a kind man the family would run across in the store, he would be able to plant that kind of trap in Chisaki.
The Forced Quirk Activation alongside the complete inability to use his Quirk could easily have led to a situation not too dissimilar from Tenko's, where Chisaki ended up Disassembling his entire family, leaving him alone and scared.
That's when he was "rescued" by AFO, and brought to Dr. Garaki's orphanage for the sole purpose of having his Quirk taken for AFO's schemes. Given his plan to implant a destructive Quirk into Tenko was already having actions taken on it, this was a vital process that needed to happen quickly.
Due to this urgent need, Garaki was less than careful when handling Chisaki, causing him immense pain and distress while he was being experimented on. This trauma was the catalyst for him becoming a misophobe, not wanting to spread germs through fear of it messing with his "perfect" Quirk- And being violently touch-averse due to the trauma he had to go through under Garaki's watch.
The head of the Yakuza eventually found him- Though already after being freed from his torture, due to his Quirk being successfully duplicated for separate experimentation- And decided to take him in, seeing a worthy young pupil with a powerful Quirk, as well as an innocent kid who lost his family due to unfortunate circumstances.
He pushed Chisaki to use his Quirk to help others, rather than using it to harm and cause pain (Like Tomura ended up doing with the very same Quirk)
Unfortunately, Chisaki was hell-bent on "fixing" the world so that nobody would have to go through the same thing he did. And even more unfortunately, he ended up doing the exact same thing to Eri. He disabled his adoptive father so his plans couldn't be stopped, and he used Eri as a tool- Using her Quirk to make Quirk-Destorying Bullets so that nobody would have to fight for Quirks. With a world where Quirks can be taken in an instant, there's no reason to torment and torture people over them, is there? Of course, the scheme to reinstate the Yakuza never fell through his mind, and making Quirk-Recovering Bullets for the Heroes in such a world would only be the next logical step. No point in truly losing a good Quirk, only bringing people to understand that they shouldn't be fought over.
He didn't seem to understand that he caused Eri the same pain he had to go through, and failed to realize how much he was hurting those around him with his plans. Though, after his time in Tartarus, during his recovery, he had much time to think about these things. And he certainly did. That's why he was so distraught and lost, and why he was pleading to his father after the war. He finally understood what he did was unforgivable... But it was far too late.

I'm gonna be so honest, I don't really think of AFO very much... But I do always love a good reason to think about characters I ignore!
(Well... Maybe AFO isn't exactly an ignored character, but still...)
Let's start with things that are closer to canon! He was a very absent parent to Shigaraki, but I think he also just straight-up handed Kurogiri to him as a babysitter and left. YOU CANNOT TELL ME THAT MAN ISN'T HIS FATHER
Uh also I think (In a similar vein to Chisaki & some of his subordinates) that Dr. Garaki had a fully one-sided relationship with him. AFO just thought of him as a tool, but Dr. Garaki thought they had an actual connection.
Also!! As the final seasons revealed, he did in fact just hide his emotions after being alive for so long! Which I think hurts Dr. Garaki's one-sided relationship even more, since AFO very evidently at least had some kind of connection to everyone he interacted with. (The "This is a name that's gonna sting" comment from All Might before hitting him with the "Can't Stop Twinkling" attack & the fact that like.. It kinda does? supports this!! At least to me) He still very much feels connections towards people, even if they are uh.. Kinda very parasitical in nature.
Uhm also I think he gets genuine childlike joy out of fucking with people he doesn't like. His comment about All Might losing his smile during the battle in Kamino seemed a little TOO genuine for me...
But yeah!! That's just some thoughts I had. Thanks for getting me to actually consider him a bit more than usual! It was fun!!

There's rumours around U.A. that Midnight sleeps with the older students, but they're just straight-up not true. She goes along with them anyway and tells the students she's "with" (aka tutoring) to play along as well. Their friends always feel like jackasses after they graduate (And the other teachers are amazed the students actually keep falling for it)

Although he's absolutely only getting them perfected so that he can do Hero Work as a second persona alongside Tokoyami & Dark Shadow. THAT'S HIS KIDS HE HAS TO WATCH HIS BABIES WHEN THEY'RE WORKING
Edgeshot... I'm sorry Yeah he's good but like you can't tell me he hasn't been on the brink of death and needed a ride from a Vigilante or something He's amazing yes but like he would fly too close to the sun at LEAST once
Gang Orca works with kids alongside Uravity post-war!! To show them that even "Villainous" looking people aren't anything to be scared of!! It's been very helpful for Shoji's efforts on the Heteromorph front, too! They're raising a whole generation of woke little kids!! WE LOVE THIS!!!!!!
Majestic is related to Tenko somehow. Ring??/Flight??-ish Quirks??????? Something's off here... I dunno what's up but he's just GOTTA be I know it. Nana Shimura's nephew or something had a kid idk but like there's SOMETHING going on....
Ryukyu definitely takes care of her Work Studies like her own kids. one of my hc for kamakiri is that he works under ryukyu and i think she makes sure to schedule him when nejire and ochaco & tsu aren't there because she knows he'd get along very very poorly with them AND she sends him on team-ups with his classmates with very trustworthy Heroes so he can feel independent but still learn!! AUGH I love Ryukyu so much!! That's her son That is HER son okay you don't even know
Villains:
Toga drinks small amounts of the other League members' blood and holds onto it so she can do stupid bits or blame stuff on them.
It never works and they always know it's her
Dabi's the League's heater when it gets cold. he says he does it only for himself and the others are just a side-effect, but he's lying
Spinner and Tomura play games together and invite in the others when they play more casual stuff! They abducted a Wii one time and the League started playing Mario Party 8 on it as a semi-regular thing since then
Twice and Compress share a room whenever the League is in a place with proper rooms to stay in. Toga gets her own and so does Dabi, and Spinner and Tomura share. If there's enough rooms for everyone, Twice and Compress still share and Kurogiri's given a room instead
Rappa is really gentle with animals!! Or animal-like Heteromorphs. He keeps pets, but nobody's ever seen them, so it's unclear if he houses stray Heteromorphs in his apartment, or if he actually has pets.
Nemoto's always struggled with connections due to his Quirk, like Shinso. They're like two sides of the same coin... I really like this and I wish it was explored more. I think all of the Hassaikai should've been explored more. Anyways back to Nemoto I THINK that Overhaul was the first person who didn't even flinch when hearing about Nemoto's Quirk, and has been one of the only people who don't mind talking to him despite it. Hence his feelings for the young boss.
Setsuno's just an innocent guy. He's like Twice, if Twice got to live, only because he didn't have as powerful a Quirk. I mean yeah there's differences but like still... I think after getting out of jail, someone out there would be interested in helping him reform & get help. He'd live in an apartment and take care of plants and work at a small grocery store. He'd be happy.
Sakaki's Quirk is far more than just "losing your equilibrium" but for the sake of the show I get it. He's well-intentioned, but his mind's always impaired due to his Quirk (or, well, his crippling alcoholism) but his body is built to handle the copious amounts of poison he ingests, and both digests it faster and doesn't exactly get harmed in the process of it. He's got a pretty good liver, all things considered!!
Also his hair is greasy. Very very greasy and wet from the alcohol getting spilled into it. I want to wash it while he's passed out. And more properly Nemoto or Setsuno or Rappa- Or rarely Chronostasis or Overhaul himself will wash it for him while he's out.
They also get him water, but he usually refuses to drink it. He's happy when his friends in the Hassaikai are willing to drink with him, but actually does try to keep them from going overboard. He cares about them!!... He's just kinda... Drunk all the time. Oops :/
Bonus Headcanon!!
I think Inko would absolutely be a kind, caring mother figure for the League of Villains. She never realizes that they're the League, and just assumes they're a bunch of homeless people in need of help. Izuku only tells her after the final fight and she's an absolute trainwreck over it...
Second Inko headcanon is I think she worked/works with kids!! Before Izuku was born she worked at a daycare, and then became a babysitter after he was born!! Even in her older age she still takes care of kids, just because she enjoys being around them! And she's overjoyed at the work Ochaco is doing with Quirk Counseling!! I love Inko so much she needs to be protected at all costs
