Hello, I’m Anya Mishka and I #stayhome in Moscow. I try to spend my free time with benefit. I read a lot of books, watch movies from my list. I’ve started to do exercises for abs and for face muscles, 3-4 days per week I devote to sports. I’ve started to make matcha latte at home, and it’s amazing! At the beginning I cooked a lot, but then I understood that was difficult to keep my balance, so now I try to eat 2 times a day, and I gave up eating meat (at least for the whole may, but still it is a small win for me). Most of all I miss travelling, going out with friends, and of course I miss shooting, catwalks😭 After lockdown I wanna fly away, no matter where, just abroad. Good day everyone! My name is Alina Krasina and I’m in Moscow these days. It’s been about 200 days since I practice meditation every single night, so there aren’t many things that could take me out of my comfort zone at this point. :) specially not the lockdown, as I appreciate the peacefulness and the time for becoming a better self, truly. To be frank, it’s been a while since I was THAT busy with my daily routine. :) Got myself an exercise bike and doing at least 30 km every day, mastering my cooking skills as never before, studying psychology and art therapy, making a new online-show with my bf, where I work as the interviewer, also taking some acting classes and many other things. :) I miss the smell of ‘Barbe à papa’ (cotton candy) by the Eiffel Tower, watching the waves breaking and taking over ‘their land’ in Brittany, but most of all, I miss my family.
