Hate having to make this post, but I don't have any other way 😅

If you've ordered a copy of my comic and follow my ko-fi updates, you know I've been having some trouble with the printing process 🥲🥲 I ended up getting 200$ worth of unsaleable books, and the company hasn't been replying to my mails for one month now. I even asked them to reprint less books than what I've paid for, suggested to send all of these back, ect. but to no avail. I've called them as well, numerous times, and each time I was told to wait and that I should get a reply in a few days. Unsurprisingly, it never came 🫠

I'm gonna try to open disputes however I can, but I have little hope about seeing my money again lol. So if you can spare a minute to AT LEAST bother them a bit, it would mean a lot!

I've had to re-order the books with another company, please send thoughts and prayers that this one doesn't f*ck me over because I don't know what I will do if I get another 30 books for nothing lmao

I am neck (haha) deep into this manga/anime. Hikaru Ga Shinda Natsu (The Summer Hikaru Died) is such a poignant exploration of what makes humanity lovely and terrible by juxtaposing an actual eldritch horror next to the everyday horrors of human hate.

Please check it out! I haven't loved a story this much in a long time <3

There were mixed feelings involved in this picture. I really enjoyed painting Gen but I had a hard time finishing it. First I wondered about a reason. Was it the purple? Was it the colours all around? Somehow I postponed on finishing it at all, leaving it like it was. I still don't think it's fully finished.

But Ik now that the reason why it was so hard to finish it, was the fact that I probably will stop painting at all. I can't deny that I still enjoy painting but with the rise of AI there seems to be no need to even try anymore. My abilities can't compete and it's like the spark of trying to improve got extinguished. I am not sad about it. I had a lot of fun years with my little hobby and I am very thankful to everyone who followed, gave comments or liked what I've posted : )

Occasionally I might doodle something, I am not sure yet, let's see, if I find some time.

I wish everyone a lot of fun and the best time :D

Why compete with AI? Is not even for the same purpose. Art is an expression, a way to put your feelings into a piece, in which the process is what really completes the experience of making the same art. Do what makes you really feel something. If you wish to improve, do it because you want to satisfy your taste better rather than compete with a tool.
