first ski of the season!!!!!! silverfir, summit central— we were optimistic but trying to meter our excitement about the conditions, and we were blessed with around 5 inches of fresh, light, beautiful snow regardless :) fog rolled in right as we got back to the car, and we’re looking forward to more snow this week ❄️ big shoutout to the winter solstice for making it happen!
