Ingredients: 2 cans full-fat coconut milk. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Put coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut sugar, almond butter, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine. To the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips that are made from plants. The ice cream should be put in a container and frozen for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Serve and have fun!
