Please try pooping in a pair of chest waders sometime. They help contain the load and smell while still allowing a bulge to form.

Living in New York, I've never owned or even seen a pair of chest waders. If I do ever happen to be in a situation where I'm wearing a pair I'll definitely give it a go. :3
